Luke Massey was fantastic to deal with, he was clear with his explanations and very positive when we were worried about some health checks we were going through, he put our minds at ease and followed up with me every so often throughout the process. We had been in touch with a few other brokers but none of them were as helpful as Luke and none of them have even followed up with us to this day! I would highly recommend Hello.ie but specifically Luke Massey. This is a difficult process for anyone to go through, along with all the other issues to deal with when buying a house and Luke just made it a very positive experience! Excellent service from Patrick, timley communication and responses, seamless service

Great to deal with. Our application for our mortgage protection only took about 2 working days after submitting our requirements. Everything was straightforward and Dan has been very helpful with our questions.

Luke was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Luke was very quick to get back to me when something needed to be amended or checked and I felt fully in the loop with what was going on.
