Purchased expensive £75 pregnancy pillow. Used once or twice but was very uncomfortable. I emailed saying I’d used it but could I send it back as per their ‘30 day money back guarantee’. Had a response saying I could. I then spent a further £17 to return it to them. They then came back saying it had signs of use (a few hairs) and a supposed burn mark which is untrue, so they won’t refund. VERY disappointed. If I’d have thought they wouldn’t have refunded I would’ve washed and re-sold!

Order no. 000042542UK. Product arrived, thank you, however it was unsuitable. I contacted Hellobaby via email to check I could return the item, they replied to say yes I could. I returned it immediately and I see it was delivered and signed for. They are now not replying to my emails about my refund and no one is manning the phones. Not good enough. I don't recommend. Come on Hellobaby, process the refund or communicate with me.

Was anxious buying from here after a terrible experience with Kiddies Kingdom, however they were quick, efficient and got my item within days of purchase. Highly recommend.

Purchased an item from this store. I received a confirmation email to say I made a purchase but then all went quiet. A week passed and nothing and I was going to get in touch with this company to find out what was happening when my item turned up. It would have been a 5 star experience if there was a processing and delivery email as the item was packaged well.
