I ordered a bundle when they were having a boxing day sale and then a month later I received another package from them. I assumed it was a mistake, I checked to see if I had accidentally signed up for a subscription but I had not even created an account with them, nothing about a subscription there. They don't have customer service available over the weekends which is unheard of so I called them and it turns out they trick people into signing up for subscriptions by putting it in the fine print once you hit "order". They gave me a refund label but I have to now go and ship this giant box. Unbelievable.

I absolutely love their diapers and wipes! The wipes are mostly water which is great and gentle on baby's skin. They are textured which helps with wiping off. Their overnights ended up being my favorite of any brand and were included with the subscription! Needless to say, the diapers are adorable. We used their subscription service and loved it while we had it! We forgot to cancel the service and were charged after my baby no longer needed diapers. Their customer service was amazing and quick! They were able to immediately refund my card and cancel the order and subscription. This company is incredible, 11/10 recommend :)

Wipes caused rashes, so I avoided those pretty early on. I used diapers off-and-on for 9-months, and had some issues with rashes. When I switched brands, the rashes cleared up immediately. I'll never use HelloBello again.

My daughter has eczema and I bought Hello Bello Premium Baby Lotion which advertises accepted by the National Eczema Association. Within two days we were both suffering terrible weeping eczema which ultimately took a further two weeks to recover from. I do not suffer from eczema but my daughter suffers from it. I was in agony. If you have allergies DO NOT use this awful product. It should not have been authorised by the National Eczema Association.

I purchased Hello Bello kids Premium shampoo & Body wash. It says ‘TEAR FREE’ on the front of the bottle. My 5yr old washed her hair (she wants to be a big girl and do it herself) and she accidentally got the soap on her eyes. Her eyes were all red, she was crying it burned. My husband gets the bottle and shows her, ‘it’s TEAR FREE’ yeah right!!!! My husband eyes started burning and his eyes were all red. So much for ‘TEAR FREE’. So I got the bottle read the WARNING sign, and it states AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES!
It was my first time purchasing this product & my last. No thank you!

My favourite wipes! I have 2 severely autistic children that are 5 & 6 years old and still in nappies. These beat every other wipe out there for my needs. They're slightly larger than all others, slightly thicker than all others and don't have an awful smell. My heart sinks when there's none available when I go shopping. I also love that they still have the plastic lid as it makes life so much easier when I'm wrestling with a large angry child in the middle of a dirty nappy change.

HORRIBLE DIAPERS.. I wish I did more review on the diapers but I gave these diapers a try and my baby developed a bad rash, dr diagnosed it as yeast rash and that’s not including how they’re super thin .. after switching diapers and with the help of lotrimin cream the rash went away ( which nothing helped before then for as long as I continued to use the same diapers) … after some time passed I got lured once again to ordering hello bell diapers with a Black Friday special and to my GREATEST disappointment my daughter developed the exact same rash after the FIRST day!!! 🙈
This is unacceptable these diapers need to be taken off the shelves especially if iam not the only parent experiencing this, then even more so they need to be gone from all stores and online.
I hope many read this review and I will say BEWARE don’t get tempted by the cute print designs …unless you want your baby to be miserable and you along with them. Iam a mom of 5 and I can’t believe I made this mistake twice 🙈. My baby didn’t deserve this… SMH

Wish I had more to share all I can say is the customer service is horrible - I ordered two weeks ago and have not received my order they have blamed fed ex but ironically my other stuff I ordered and was shipped through fed ex was delivered on time. They didn’t ship the order for a week
Never mind deliver. Best they could do was a 15% refund. Kept telling me

My daughter is one and we have always used pampers at night and then the Walmart parents choice brand during the day. I bought these diapers to try them and they immediately gave my daughter a horrible rash. She doesn’t have sensitive skin and no other diaper has caused a reaction in her 12 months of life.

MADE IN CHINA- these products are made in china. Please support Australian made products and do not buy Hello Bello until their products are made in Australia.

I don’t usually write reviews but I recently purchased a pack of the hello bello baby wipes as they sounded great. I wiped my little girls face and she broke out in a rash on her cheeks within 10 minutes. I never really have issues with products as her skin isn’t so sensitivity but I will not be buying again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had cancelled my subscription yet they sent me a box, even though I had emailed them telling them with over one month in advance to please cancel. Once the box arrived, I emailed them again explaining the situation & hoping then would do something about it since they charged me without my permission. Well they did absolutely nothing about it except offer a discount? What a HORRIBLE company & customer service. Would NOT recommend to anyone ever.

I wanted to LOVE these diapers. And while I love certain aspects- the price point, the aesthetic, and most of all the company's ideals- I can't get past that my daughter often wakes up with a diaper that has leaked. These definitely don't work for our family for overnight use, and I don't see using them in the future. It's a huge bummer because I had such high hopes!

I loved the hello bello wipes ! It’s literally only thing that helped my baby until nowwww. Why in the world did y’all change it to these dry rough wipes they feel like Huggies wipes smh! Y’all better go back to the soft water wipes

These are the worst diapers I have ever purchased. Not only do they barely stay together, they get extremely soggy and cause rashes. Used them for 4 days, & my baby developed a rash which has never happened in the six months since she was born. Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. In fact, I’m going to make sure everyone I know, knows that this brand is a waste of money! :)

The diapers gave my son a bad rash that wouldn't go away. The doctors and I thought it was a yeast infection but the creams weren't working. He has been scratching himself and I have to hold him down but does it til he's bleeding before I can get a new diaper on. They also smelled horrible from pee. DO NOT GET THESE

Diapers fall apart and gave my baby the worst RASH!!

The worst diapers. My son developed a rash everytime one of these diapers was put on him. As soon as I changed back to my regular brand he was fine. These diapers leak, they tear, and they will burn your baby. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews but am this time. I loved the original hello hello wipes and used them for everything and I mean everything! I recommended them to everyone and had no idea they changed them up 😩! The new ones stink and leave a disgusting dried pee smell behind, so every single time you use them you have to wash your hands. Now I can’t use them to wipe the kids hands or spills in the car or anything. I’m so so bummed out and disappointed in the change.
