Bonsai has totally streamlined my freelance business. As a designer and photographer, I send out tons of proposals, contracts, and invoices. It's been such a relief to have one platform to manage everything from client intake, to hours and accounting. After over 5 years of use, I can definitely say this was the right choice.

Very easy to set up, straight forward, and subscription services includes other useful services as well, such as taxes and bookkeeping.

I've been using Bonsai for a while now. As a small consulting firm, this software really helps me from proposal to payment. It makes it so easy to manage multiple clients, multiple projects, and multiple invoices. The automation and templates give me back so much time!

For the most part, I really like using Bonsai. I haven't come across another platform that is as all-in-one as they are. The tax add-on is a godsend for someone like me who is straight trash at estimating what's owed quarterly.

There are only two negatives I have so far: One is the payouts. They hold the first one for 10 business days (though language when you're signed in says 1 week) for "security reasons," which feels weird when no other platform I came across for business banking/invoicing/etc. did that. I really didn't like that part at all.

The second is the customer service: 24+ hours to hear back from anyone on anything, and in this day and age that feels very unacceptable. Hopefully you won't need their assistance so this won't be a problem you encounter!

Aside from that, I can't recommend Bonsai enough. It's really intuitive (which a lot of other platforms are not), priced right, and includes all the features you want (invoicing, proposals, contracts - including templates!).

It was actually Free and downloaded the PDF for me to use.

UsefulPDF template made it easy for me to file my grant deed to my living trust! This site need more public awareness! great site!

Thank you for making a public document seamlessly available to lay people who can read. It is nice to save >$6.00 on something that anyone should have access to but the 'powers that be' attempt to shield from the general public.

Bonsai's team is very good at helping. Sometimes you have to wait a day or two for help, but when they do, they're quick and effective as well as polite and professional.
