Poor Communication!
I placed on your website 8 days ago for 5 items from your product line. I originally discovered your products at Target and enjoyed them so much that I decided to purchase more during your recent online sale.
While I have already paid for the order, I noticed that the items have not yet shipped. I have reached out twice previously for an update but have not received a response. I understand that shipping delays can occur, but I am disappointed by the lack of correspondence regarding my purchase.
UPDATE: I responded to the other email that Bubble provided and still no response after 24 hours.
