scamers, sending items from china, they arrive 1 month after and then the company says your right to sent it back is 7 days but it is already 1 month past . , never use this scammersite !!!!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered three items, recieved clothing after 3 months. After recieving, all items were poor quality and way too small. I emailed for a return lable. I did receive an email back from "Mandy" giving me the guidlines of the return lable and wanting to know which items that needed to be returned. I responded the same day letting "Mandy" know that all three needed to be returned. I have not heard back. Go to the website and now the web domain is for sale. I will be reporting this to my bank to dispute the charges.

I ordered clothes and did not receive my order. When I inquired, they strung me along with too many overly polite apologies and empty promises. After a while I began using their emails as writing prompts for my daily writing practice. For 2 months I corresponded with outlandish remarks. In the end I amused myself and actually further developed characters for an upcoming short story. I got my $19.99 worth of entertainment. Bottom line, don't bother. They are not legit.

Think this company is dodgy. No goods no refund

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered over $80 worth of clothes during the summer of 2018. After not receiving my clothes, I contacted them and they told me that my shipment was lost, but they will not refund my money. They keep telling me that they refunded my money, but it's a lie. After repeated attempts, they refuse to show me proof that the money was refunded to my account. Run the other way!

The only reason they have a 3.6 is because they have FRAUDULENT reviews. This company SUCKS!!!! They are LiARS and CHEATS. Kiss your money goodbye if you ignorantly decide to spend it here. I go back to if it's too good to true, it is! A#HOLES!!!

Update - I have emailed the company with no response. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company.

What a scam!!!!!! I ordered almost a year ago and received one item valued at $8.00 out of an order of more than $150.00.
Contacted the Customer Sevice and got condisending responses twice only promising “it is on the way please be patient”. I have since sent 10 emails asking for updates and never received another response back!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM- steal your money and then like cowards don’t respond back!! They should be shut down!!! Worst online experience ever and a SCAM

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is a fraud. They advertise photos and then poorly reproduce them. The items are made of flimsy material and are shoddily made. You will wait 4-5 months to receive them. If you want to return they will discourage you with scares of shipping costs. If you do return them you will get responses asking that you wait long periods of time to get a refund.

This is a Chinese company scamming Americans with their products. The items you will receive look NOTHING like the advertised product. I ordered in August, receive in December, returned them and still waiting for my refund. Please don't do it!!

Do not use this company. I had to wait six weeks before I got my order and then the items were too small. I returned them and they promised to refund my credit card and still has not done so as of yet. This is an internet scam. I am making a complaint to Facebook and investigative agencies due to this company being involved in international fraud by scamming people out of money

These people have promised a refund for an order I cancelled due to slow processing. For FOUR MONTHS I have been sending emails reminding them they owe me $130, only to have people assure me the refund is either being processed in the next day or so, or that it has even already been put through. No refund yet. It's pretty clear they are just stringing me along so I get tired of begging for my money back and give up.
