Brilliant service from Edwards, very professional, always willing to help, especially with the below standard service we received from the solicitors (Simpson Jones in Ashby-de-la-Zouch)

I have used Edwards twice now and both time they have provided excellent service, which is also reasonably priced. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond what was expected from them, for example, they even arranged a local builders to give me a quote for the work needed to be done in the house that came up in the survey, which helped to settle the sales price of the house. They also seemed to get an update on the progress in the chain much quicker than my solicitor! They even provided me reassurance when I got very stressed! Just an excellent team of people.

Clare and the team were all brilliant, guiding us through the process with patience and efficiency and always keeping in touch.

Edwards were excellent with regards to the purchase of our first home together!

Katie, Clare and Dominique were all incredibly helpful, showed grest customer service and made the process much less stressful and easy!

The service I received from Edwards was amazing from start to finish. Booking a viewing was easy and the lady who showed us around was so informative , then when we had our offer accepted Katie worked so hard to keep us in the loop constantly!
