I do not know why some commentators will be given Helloflight 5 stars .
Mr Frank Frauded me with I have sent the evidence to Trustpilot that money was received from me and the receipt given to me. These guys denied that no booking of me was found in their system when Helloflights and exchanged conversations before and after you cancelled the flight and you refused to refund my money transferred to your company account.
I will be back here to prove to you that the company does not worth our services. Am almost done with them the consumer’s right are working on the case, searching if they’re part of British travel agents.

This is extortion .

Don't deal with this company if you don't want to part ways with your money.
I paid a deposit of £100 to secure a flight booking, 2 weeks later I was informed that the airline won't be operational for my returned leg.
I decided to check with the airline which turned out to be false.
I called Helloflights back to inform them about my findings and they told me they'd get back.
Helloflights did get back to me with another lie, they booked the flight with the returned leg being opened and they requested for payment of the balance.
So, I decided to check with the airline before paying the balance. Sadly, I found out that they only booked for one way ticket and nothing like "open return" ticket.
I've now requested for my deposit which they said it's not refundable.
These guys are scammers and they are very good at it.
Don't let your money gets into their hands.
Please note that Helloflights guys are the same as flight clicks. They're using multiple websites to syphon innocent people's money.

The fact that Ramsay kept the agreed initial quote despite later inconsistances.

Changing quotes looks like being reaped off, and unfair to clients.

Otherwise final result was fair, thats why a rating of 4.

I was very sceptical about buying this ticket from Ramsay because of my previous experience that was awful. However, Ramsay reassured me and gave me the confidence via confirmable proof that I am safe to pay and book my ticket with flight tours limited, and I am 100% satisfied for the treatment I received from Mr.Ramsay.

There seem to be a keenness among the staff, especially John Whiteman & Ravi, to ensure they leave their customer satisfied.

Disappointed as I have already booked a flight with helloflights and I was not informed this flight has been cancelled until I called as I could not see the booking online now I am being made to pay higher fare for a different airline what’s the guarantee that this will not get cancelled again
