Easy to follow recipes, good flavours. We really enjoy hello fresh meals. As a life long vegetarian I find the food delicious! Haven’t had a bad recipe yet and have been using this company for sometime.

Very poor packaging. The cooler-blocks have often begun melting and they leak water onto the food which makes the flimsy cardboard fall apart.

Hello Fresh make my life so much easier with choosing what to have each week but all the while trying new things. I’ve used them on and off over the years and was gutted when I first moved to Scotland as they didn’t deliver to our area. Then when they did, it was a godsend so that I didn’t have to shop or plan meals when becoming a new mum! If anything is ever not quite right (very rarely!), their customer service is second to none and they always pride themselves on the quality of their ingredients. I’ll be using them for longer now they have a reward system! (That didn’t exist previously!)

I absolutely love these meals. I will admit I had reservations about giving this a go but my goodness they are very very good, I’m so happy to have tried these meals and they are so easy to prepare and cook, everything is included and no mess. Keeps me focused on eating healthier.

I joined hellofresh but cancelled my initial order before the cutoff time. They took the payment and have sent 4 recipes i did not want. Contacted the help desk and told as it is being delivered today I have missed the cutoff point. A shocking company. Do not use.

3rd box did not arrive I was told the box was damaged in transit by 2 separate agents on the online chat and to await a response to organize a replacement to get an email telling me that there is no provisions to send me a replacement box and it was not damaged in transit however it was my fault due to missing address details so I then asked how did i receive 2 previous orders if my address details where missing to be told sometimes drivers can find houses with no address details as we all know this is impossible so Farr it’s been a horrible experience

1st time i ordered everything was fine. 2nd box was due but then I got a message to say it was damaged and would arrive the following day. I waited and nothing. It's not good when you live in the middle of nowhere and meal plan.
Hello fresh won't confirm if it's the or the courier but contacted the courier company apparently who said it won't be delivered. Very confusing

My partner ordered our box, to be delivered yesterday. There was an error with the address, and no house number was displayed in the delivery information - I’m unsure how the order was even able to be processed without a full address. Received a notification to say the order was out for delivery, then later received a notification to say that they were unable to deliver (due to the missing house number) nobody tried to contact to find out what the house number was so that they could deliver.
Have requested a full refund for this appalling service but hellofresh are refusing. They haven’t even offered to deliver a new box (although new box would not be helpful as we had ordered the box to take away on a staycation with us today)
Have canceled our account, and will be starting a chargeback request with our bank. Such a disappointing service, would avoid at costs.

Decided to sign up to hello fresh due to just moving house. The ease of not having to fit a supermarket trip in around the move and still receiving tasty healthy meals straight to my door really appealed to me. Ordering was quick and easy and I was looking forward to my delivery next day.
The delivery day came and I received a tracking email to state that the parcel was now at the courier depot and I will be emailed again with a delivery time slot - great stuff! I waited all day and was still yet to receive a time slot so at around 1800 I rang the hello fresh team, they answered swiftly but were unable to give me anymore information regarding the tracking and I was told just to wait as it could come up until 2100. I went to the supermarket to get a quick tea for tonight hoping the box would still arrive for the remainder of the week. At 2000 I finally received tracking information to say it would be delivered within the next hour - hooray!…20 minutes later an email to say the courier was unable to deliver the parcel - there was a diversion in place near my house which the driver clearly decided not to follow nor was I contacted by the driver as I could’ve very easily been able to collect from the driver or direct them on foot to my property. Having been informed by evri that my parcel would now be returned to sender I contacted hello fresh again. The team were unable to help and said I would have to wait until tomorrow when the tracking on their side had been updated.
I was contacted the next day via email apologising that the box couldn’t be delivered so rang the helpline again. I was informed that I would be refunded and credited £10 by way of apology, I asked if the box could be dispatched asap (wasn’t fussed if the meals I’d chosen were unavailable but just wanted a box so I didn’t have to go to the supermarket) was told I would now have to wait 5 days until the next delivery - completely spoiling my whole experience as a new customer wanting to make the most of the easy process as advertised during my stressful house move.
I resorted to using a competitor company who offered next day delivery and delivered swiftly using a reputable courier service.
I will await my next box to use up my credits but so far my experience with hello fresh has left a lot to be desired.

Delivery was cancelled on the day of the delivery with no other day offered for that week. Due to commitments that day, left me with no time to organise food for dinner that day. Very disappointing.

First week, our delivery was missing the key ingredient of the dish, complained and got £5 credit! To buy the missing meat for a family of 4 cost more than this! Second week our box didn't turn up at all. Supposed to turn up Fri evening but didn't, then got a message Saturday saying it would be late, but still no delivery, and just got a message saying it's not getting delivered at all and we'll get a refund for it. This is not good enough! Very poor service. Really disappointed.
