Happy with my first box experience but I would prefer to receive my recipe in English not French

So far all the recipes we had, were verf tasteful.
We would, however, prefer to only order 2 vegetarian meals per week (for 2 perrons) as per the next ordering week.
Please advise of this is possible.

Everything fresh, Good portions and a lot of choice.

It's easy to follow the recipes and very conveniently to receive fresh ingredients at home on the right quantity, avoiding waste of food. The recipes are tasty.

I did have Hello Fresh already a few years ago, and started again now. Everything is like it should be. Delivery is reliable. Food is fresh. What I appreciate most, is the new ideas. So many possibilities and new input for me. I just like it.

After buying four boxes so far I'm satisfied with Hellofresh. The products are fresh, the recipes are interesting, and the delivery is very accurate.
I recommend them.

Everything was just perfect until now. We loved it so far!

Keep away from Hello Fresh. The food is good but the service is atrocious. They just do what they want and change the payment date freely, making you not able to change your menu anymore all of a sudden.
Now, once a problem occurs, they have no recourse that you can use at all. There is no customer service, no email or phone number that you can contact, only a chat bot that keeps looping the same automated answers.

Great selection of recepies, always fresh ingredients delivered.
Delivered always on the preinformed time, no delays, no missing items. Easy to follow preparation steps to the meals.. however only in french. English would be nice.
Overall we are very satisfied.

I have been using Hello fresh for about 2 years now and I found the concept fabulous. You save time shopping and have an access and choice among various meals. In addition, recipes are easy to prepare and help improving cooking skills. Allow to taste and experiment new meals from different cuisines. Delivery works very easy. Very happy with Hello fresh.

Ingredients that are fresher than some you find in the supermarket, fewer ingredients wasted, easy to follow recipes and a huge variety of menus. What's not to love? To that you can add the convenience of home delivery...

Me and my family Enjoy hellofresh. No time waisted in shops where i end up buyin even things i don't need.. Thanks to HF my Kids Enjoy preparing meals all by themself (i have teens) best way ever for them to learn with the Ste by step guide.

The boxes are nice and the recipes are interesting. For that reason alone, I would give them 5 stars, BUT.. the ingredients are not always the highest quality (not super bad, either) and they have plenty of HIDDEN costs (..add something extra to the box, says its 3 EUR, in fact its 3 eur on top of 10 eur.. etc) and their customer service is not great at all. They are not very helpful or able to provide information properly, they have their own little scripts and cannot conceive questions or answers beyond their scripts. So a 3 star from me.

I actually do not want to receive these boxes anymore. Can you stop pushing them to me when I forget to cancel?? I want to have a “cancellation” by default and only order when I want and tick a box.

Verything fine but 2 suggestions:

1. Offer a possibility for delivery on friday afternoon or saturday morning
2. When delivering, provide the maximum date to prepare each menu with the e-mail/app
