ERROR BY PHOTOGRAPHER PAYMENT WANTED AT ALL COST DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
So many things were wrong. The photographer made the wrong choices of the background of the pictures, in other words the lighting and the contrast.
When the photographs were shown to me at the end it appeared bright on the computer, however when I received the images if the pictures digitally they were dark and not the same as when they were shown to me after the photo shoot during the time I was allowed to choose.
When I contacted Hello Gorgeous via email, Davey said that I could not be refunded the deposit of £75 or the £250 that I had paid on the day. However he did say that I would not be required to make any further payments. Dave also offered me an alternative photo shoot to attend within a year.
Unknowingly to me, £160 has been taken from my account from Hello Gorgeous for the past 8 months without me knowing or approving. The pictures were nit satisfactory and as a consumer I approached the company within 30 days, however I was deceived; and unknowingly continued to make payments without consent.
I did not receive any images via post or canvas photograph; however hello gorgeous have taken over £1600 from me for digital pictures.
THIS IS ROBBERY, UNJUST AND A BREECH IN CONSUMER RIGHTS.
I Urge you to be aware of this before you make any decisions to USE THEIR SERVICES.
