It was a pleasure working with Mr. Raihan as he was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, and he came up with a solid plan to bring my vision to life. The follow-up to check on the work was excellent, and I appreciate the fact that they stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company to others who are in need of similar services.
Rehan did not take the measurements of my garden and told me a price of 3000 AED.
He then came with grass that was too small.
When he saw that it was too small my quote went from 3000 to 4200 AED. I had no choice but to continue because it had covered half of my garden. Now my lawn is cut in two with a big demarcation right in the middle.
He then charged me AED 325 to add a power outlet to my kitchen. In addition to being very expensive, this socket is not even functional and I have to redo everything.
He also charged me for items he purchased in store without ever installing them for me.
When I asked him how much he could install chandeliers on the ceiling for, he asked me 1000 AED.

Initially, the measurements for your garden were given as 8.5 by 3 meters, totaling 25.5 square meters. Based on this, we provided a quotation via WhatsApp. However, upon starting the work, we discovered the actual measurement was 10 by 3.9 meters, approximately 40 square meters. We acknowledge our oversight in relying solely on the provided measurements and should have independently measured the area. We promptly updated the quotation to reflect the accurate square footage to which you agreed only after which we ordered, delivered, and installed the additional artificial grass. In fact, there were additional costs incurred, including extra labor, transport, and waiting time for delivery. These losses were absorbed by our company.
Concerning the artificial grass width, it's worth noting that the common maximum width in the market is 2 meters. To adhere to this standard, we used two parts, each measuring 10 by 2 meters, properly joined to create a seamless and aesthetically pleasing result. You can verify this by visiting the market.
In reference to the chandelier installation, we appreciate your feedback on the quoted price. It's your right to agree or disagree with it but we do strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining the quality of our work. It's important to note that the chandelier comes in seven pieces, and our quotation was based on this information. We are not able to understand why are you angry at us when you yourself appreciated our team's efforts with the comment "Nice work." after we handed it over to you. Your positive feedback at the end of the project is valuable to us, and we are pleased to have met your expectations.
