I've spent more money on this site than…

I've spent more money on this site than probably anyone else. 4 to 5 deposits a day sometimes- with 0% RTP!!! I spend $50 - $100 and they flat out dont care that it's illegal for them to freaking take, take, take and give "0" in return! I complain and ask nicely for them to take me off the "NO WIN LIST" but it doesn't do any good. I have hours of recorded play showing that they are paying 0% and Im about to find where to send so they can see what it feels like to get screwed...and DONT BOTHER REPLYING- ITS NOTHING BUT BS AND LIES!

Extremely tight slots

Extremely tight slots. Spent around 500$ and never seen a bonus or a win bigger than 2$. I paid for bonus games and had 0$ return haha this sight is definitely too tight for me. No enjoyable play at all. Good luck to you guys

If you want to get money deposited to your account after you win, don't spend money here. I waited for a week after my redemption was approved, and then it was randomly canceled. Tried again and the same thing (after it was approved and processed). Don't spend money here.

Used to be good. Now they're horrible.

They don't take care of loyalty players even tho they have a loyalty program.

The customer support is ass it takes 3 days to get a response from them. And then you end up waiting weeks to finally resolve issues.

Place sucks so bad now. Just save your time and money.

Yeah your 24/7 Chat that im 40th in line for like I have hours to wait. Then when you leave it and check back, if you dont respond in 3-5 mins your chat gets closed. Now youre 40th in line again.

Wow! Thank you guys for actually taking some accountability, seems you just post whatever generic replies to posts on Trustpilot.

At least you guys admitted and took accountability, that goes a long way. I will bump it up to 2 stars. But seriously it's taken me over 9 days to resolve issues.

Another thing, you guys literally don't read my replies to the email. Like, you give me a $5 credit to play and I say I'll try it out, then go ahead and leave my account restricted. Then I'm waiting 3 more days for a reply, saying my $5 was on there and to play it, so I log on and once again it's restricted. I said that In my email 3 times before the restriction finally got lifted today, 9 days after my initial inquiry.

I will bump this to 2 stars for the accountability and the fact that you guys actually read the reviews on here.
You guys just suck.

Used to be my favorite site to play on, I literally deposit daily for months. I have cashed out 3 times before this incident with no issues. I have a huge tiktok following and even referred a bunch of people. Rewind back to the beginning of march..I win around 1k, played it down to $600 then cashed out. It lingers as pending until the 12th! I then receive an email I need to verify the cards I have used to deposit 🙄 although they have never asked for this before the multiple times I cashed out over a span of 7 months..I sent them both in..now fast forward until yesterday (March 24th) they finally respond and say everything should be good within 72 hours if not, write them back..I have a feeling ill never see this money just like the others that went through this. Not a good way to treat customers who spend a ton of money on their site. It makes no sense to me and I shouldn't have to wait a month for a withdraw. You take my money instantly with no issues, my cards are good enough then! Also since this happened I haven't received random coin drops, when prior to this, I would get them every couple days (not the daily login bonus, its something extra). I am also just below the highest tier on there. So disappointed with them and really miss playing on there, I won't spend a dime until I get whats owed to me. There are numerous people on reddit with the same issues, its really sad. Other than this issue, this was the only site I played on..They have always been good to me..The only thing I cant stand is if you are playing with SC a GC jackpot spin should not even be an option, that annoys me so bad. Why would I want fake coins? I just deposited a hundred or more to receive fake coins 🤦‍♀️ its an insult and so is the wheel with certain packages, you get $1 to $3 max everytime so if you play on there, get the package that gives you more coins, the wheel is bogus.
