I love it!! It gets all of my loans and student loans all in one place! I can’t wait when I’m using this for a year!!

This has been incredible from day 1. This is the ground level of a new product that I have no doubt will become an "it" product and go to for the go-getters wanting to ensure they're set up for success. My interactions with Phil have been nothing short of amazing and I'm so glad to have found this. It's going to be a game changer for sure.

Playbook is a great app for trying to understand your financial health and what retirement will look like. The Playbook team is constantly seeking feedback (good and bad) to improve the app and make sure it serves its intended purpose. I've had multiple conversations with their customer support team and they're always one step ahead when I request a feature. The app is always improving and I love that I have been able to create a plan that works for me. I've also been able to update the plan when life stuff happens and I need to make adjustments as a result. Although I consider myself pretty smart, it's nice to have tools that take the thinking and calculating off of my plate so I can focus on the big picture and make decisions that make sense for my retirement plans.

They helping me to save the easy way, i have since started an Emergency Fund, and am learning how to survive retirement financially better without worrying about what benefits will be available for me during that time!

I had a subscription charge issue and contacted their customer service. I got a reply within an hour and he got this fixed right away.

The turning point was a meeting with their Customer Success Team, where Philip played a crucial role. Despite feeling like “nobody” in the grand scheme of things, Philip treated me with utmost respect and took the time to walk me through the entire platform. Within a 30-minute session, I gained a clear understanding and felt much more comfortable with the services provided. This level of personalized, attentive service exemplifies great customer service and sets Playbook Company apart in their field.

This app is very easy to use. Very intuitive. They explain to you a lot of things that they are doing. A lot of this is also automatic, so you dont have to worry about thinking to send the money manually (there's a manual option for those who wants that too of course). When I had issues trying to transfer, they reach out to me very quickly and even had a zoom call with me because I was having a lot of issues. Theo was very nice and he is still holding my hand throughout the process. This really is a great tool to have to build your wealth.

I like the layout of the app. It gives me a full financial view, and I received some great recommendations to maximize my finances.
I’d highly recommend scheduling a 1:1 as it’s valuable to talk to a human regarding your finances and not just an app.

I had a one hour financial coaching session with Phil from Playbook and it was SUPER helpful. I could ask all my “dumb” questions and he was very patient and helped me understand everything. I love how small and dedicated the Playbook team is while being legit and trustworthy. Great combo.
