Absolute worst experience with an…
Absolute worst experience with an insurance I ever had. After my car broke down during my holidays, they brought me back to my city, but didn't bring my car for a full month (it was a 3 hours drive!). The car seemed lost, noone knew where it was, because there were problems during delivery which they didn't communicate to me (even though called and asked every day). I still don't know what went wrong and I only got my car back because I had to do all the research myself with zero help from the insurance. I was on countless calls and literally for hours to find out where it is, all of that would have been their job. Worst customer service, every day I called and they told me my car is on the way (which was impossible), when I complained they just hang up. Also, I was in line always for ~15 mins to speak to someone in Spanish and then the double time for reaching someone in English. There is no direct contact person responsible for you after an incident, even in an incident where your car seems lost. And they still didn't talk to me about the incident, it seems like they just don't care or maybe don't even know because the customer service is not forwarding anything to someone in a higher position. The price for that kind of "24h road assistance" is absolutely not fair and way too expensive. My holiday was not only ruined, but I was also left without car for 1 month before I could find out what is the damage and start the whole repair process. Do yourself a favor and stay away if you consider this nightmare of insurance.

So far so good!
We're brand new clients so not a lot to tell yet, the quote was great so we changed to this company, so far everything seems excellent, we have received a lot of useful information, everything seems very straightforward so I trust we'll get on well in the future dealings (hopefully minimal of course 😊).
