Overall good, but one thing
Overall HelloPrint is great both in terms of price and quality. I have used them several times before and will continue to order from them.
I don't give it 5 stars, however, because during check-out, the default is to pay extra for an artwork check. If you're not paying attention and don't want this additional service, then you end up paying for it. In my case, it caused a stressful delay in printing and shipping because we had to approve the final artwork. I appreciate that they have this as an option for those who want it, but I don't like that it's the default that you have to be careful to un-click to avoid an extra charge and possible delays.

Have used this company a few times now. Decent prices, easy to upload artwork, good time scales. I just wish I had chosen thicker paper for my business headed paper which was my fault not therers.

I'm really excited about my order
I'm really excited about my order. I created a coloring book for a charity auction. I used the chat a few times and am appreciative for that. I am not a designer so there were many challenges. The product is high quality. I requested manual review and wish someone, or the interface, had told me to put a blank page first so a coloring page was not printed on the back of the cover. That was pretty disappointing. Otherwise I am very happy.
