We joined the Jane Macdonald cruise 2026! From start to finish we found it very well organised, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Each event was smoothly run with great coordination from the teams and started around the time stated in the programme.
There was some confusion with the time for sale of Bingo tickets on the second session of the week, especially with the clock changes one source of communication stating 9am and one announcement of 10am.
The addition of Brian Conley instead of Joe, great choice, we laugh so much from start to finish, he was hilarious, judging by his reaction from the crowd the majority on the ship enjoyed his performances, a true professional at his game!
Mary Mac is an outstanding performer, very quick with witted, great with crowds and nothing was too much trouble when passengers stopped her for pictures.
Yes, there was queuing for the palladium if you wanted to closer to the stage, which was to be expected with amount of passengers catered for, but it was also a good way to meet and chat with others on the cruise.
We enjoyed our week on board so much, half way through it definitely influenced us to book for the last cruise in 2027!

Having just got back from the Jane McDonald cruise, I can’t fault Hello Sailor one bit…
From the lovely lady who helped us at the restaurant with the wristbands (there was a little issue with our meal times) so sorry I can’t remember your name, but I was the one that had jetlag having just got back from America…
To Bob at the palladium who was very helpful. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very approachable.

Jane McDonald cruise,
Frustrated with the amount of reserved seating, only delux cabins was supposed to have reserved seating…… there was alot more than that, and it wasn’t for people with mobility issues either! I’m afraid to say it but it seemed very clicks, if you knew them and got chatting they would save you a seat. We were lucky enough to have a suite, not delux but had to stand in a queue and hope to get a seat that wasn’t behind a pillar! We haven’t booked for next year because of this!!

Poor .. the queues!!

Checking in following Mary night..clear instructions over when to go to deck 14 ..however people.in queue before us from lower decks..suggest staff go around and remove them from the queue so the check in can be as instructed ..dome people think rules dont apply

Yes we managed to get seats in Palladium but sitting at the far sides looking at the back of the performers head is not what I enjoy! Looking down at the crowd and seeing the same faces sitting near the front ( not the reserved seats) who have obviously queued or have a magic way of getting their seats. Needs to be a fairer way .. I am short sighted so its a bit rubbish sitting so far away each time and I dont really want to be standing in a queue 60 mins pre show to get a decent seat
Bingo ticket allocation..again queuing at 9am !! I heard the announcement saying not to all go up at 9am but totally ignored.
Also maybe booking bingo tickets on the app and only allowing to attend one event so everyone gets a chance to go not just the early queue people

Booked for next year but please please sort the queues out..
