There are comfortable and the foots are warm

Just amazing, the quality, the staff support, everything! Asked for a special thing in my order and they did absolutely amazing, my girlfriend was so so happy to get her shark slides, was customized just for her, she was not expecting it and became speechless! Didn't took long to come, the shipment was perfect and the package arrived nicely.
Just no words to describe how comfortable the slides are, we use it every day, and in 3 weeks of usage and not even a slight change in my opinion, love it!

Awesome & fun slides to wear. They are soo comfy. I was impressed by the shipping being that they were coming from far. Received them sooner than I expected. Very happy!

I had to give 1 star, otherwise I could not have placed a review. Please do not order gigantic plastic shoes, no one on this already polluted planet needs. We have ordered them for my daughter, they were way too big, we had to produce and send multiple photos to prove that they were not fitting at all, although we measured the feet correctly as instructed on the website, and did everything they told us to do. The outcome was, that they told us that the sizes vary, and that their policy does not include refund, exchange or any other policy that would satisfy a customer. They just work into their own pocket, no matter what. Please do not get tempted by the cute look of the shoes, they are uncomfortable and do NOT FIT!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING BETTER.
After the company replied l am even more upset. I did reach out to you, and submitted all photos and whatever prove you wanted by sending you multiple emails. And now you write that you are happy to help if I just explained what is wrong. Are you serious?

I bought my slippers in early january, but they never arrived.
They were shipped to somewhere halfway around the world.
Customer Service says I entered the wrong address (which I did. not, of course. I didn‘t even know the town my slippers were sent to).
Also, they won‘t offer me a refund, as refunds are only accepted under certain circumstances.
But surely, everybody is very sorry.
Never again, just opened a Paypal-case.

The quality is great for such a great price I got both slippers and slides and I love them so much, so much support and I love to feel an inch or two higher, especially with being short!!! In love with these

Either the site is a scam or the shipping company is so poorly run it may as well be. I also did not receive my slippers. Ordered in November, they were supposed to arrive in early December. The shipping company said they were returned to the sender. The tracking details clearly say that the package was not delivered. In several email exchanges with the company they double checked my address (which was correct) and then told me the slippers would be resent once they arrive back at their warehouse. It's now been five more weeks. They will not issue a refund.

I found this store on Instagram and they have really great products. They answered my email really fast and were very kind. I definitely will buy more products from there next time.

Bought some slippers for my wife for Christmas and she loves them! They're high quality and very durable, and we haven't had any problems whatsoever.

The shoes are amazing and really comfortable and soft. I got these for my friends and I and we love them !!! I would rate them a 10/10. The delivery was quick and I am really satisfied with them.

I received a quick response to an inquiry about the slippers I ordered. My daughter loves them! They are fun and comfortable.

I purchased the chunky shark boots, and they arrived in exactly 3 weeks, which was sooner than I expected. They fit perfectly and are super warm. They are adorable, everyone I pass in them comments on them. Very satisfied, and cant wait till I can get a pair of the slides when the weather warms up.

I proof my product was defective. You state on your policies that you will cover damaged goods or not as described, therefore, where is my refund. You are ignoring my emails!
