Excellent!
This is my first time using Hello Sunday and I was really impressed. Not only did I find an item that I could not seem to find anywhere else, but it was shipped/received quickly and well-packaged (and thoughtfully too with lovely tissue paper and a lovely note. I always appreciate when items are shipped with a bit of extra love and care). Their site also has some fabulous stuff. Will definitely bookmark this site for future use. Thanks!

A combo of bad service from this…
A combo of bad service from this company (including Chris the 'owner' who should never be allowed to talk to customers) and Australia Post, I still don't have the Christmas cards I ordered weeks ago, but of course Hello Sunday has my money! I only ordered them online as it was an RSPCA fundraiser ... I asked for a refund several times but no response yet. I hope Hello Sunday refunds my money asap. I would never use you again. And the RSPCA lose their money and I have to buy more cards locally asap so that they get overseas on time.

This order and tracking info was sent to Deb's correct address - via Australia Post - within 24hrs of being placed. Unfortunately Australia Post did not deliver on the date they indicated on the tracking and the day after the due date, Deb deemed it necessary to attack us on live chat, then text and finally, by email. The order has since come back to us - which we are still investigating with AP - and we have issued a full refund in accordance with our published refund/returns policy. We are still unsure as to why Deb felt it appropriate to blame us for the order not being delivered to her expected timeline, during a time of extreme stress on the postal system, but that's what has happened.
