I appreciated the fact that i can send…

I appreciated the fact that i can send pictures and explain what I feel instead of being told something. I got my approval fast and medical treatment fast. Right to my door quickly. I didn't feel like making an emergency doctor's appointment this made process easy. Only thing I didn't like was I explain and gave pictures of an outbreak and they made it like It was not a normal outbreak. Every one is different and can have different symptoms but they eventually gave my approval.

Satisfied Customer!

I have used Wisp twice for treatment. Both times it was a smooth and easy experience. It doesn’t take much time to answer some questions about your symptoms. I love the recommendations and the follow up from this site.

Suddenly WISP Canceled My Prescription Refill

I've been a customer for approximately 4 years with a prescription WISP filled regularly. Today I received notice that my next refill won't be filled because I'm over 65....they notified me as my last refill is running out. I'm 69 and they approved & refilled my prescription for years....suddenly no more, no warning and I'm left with very few days left of my prescription and the challenge of finding a Dr that is accepting new patients, scheduling an appointment, taking the tests that the Dr prescribes, await the results, then go see the Dr again to get a new prescription and have that prescription filled....no doubt I'll go a few weeks without my daily prescription. I contacted support and they said tough luck. I could not recommend WISP.
UPDATE - The reply from WISP to this post has nothing to do with my issues with WISP. The reply is typical corporate BS. Beware WISP will cancel you just as you are due for a refill and leave you hanging like they did to me.

If you have complications from the…

If you have complications from the prescription they will not support you at all. They told me the same generic advice I saw on Google that didn't work. I reached out for a doctor's note and they refused because I wasn't able to predict that I would side effects and when they would occur. There are better online pharmacies like starfish.com that will give you support after your purchase and a doctors note

Many difficulties

Unfortunately, Wisp’s prescription workflow was a bad experience for me. With my order in the morning, I inadvertently listed a pharmacy that was closed. I then asked to change to a different pharmacy. That took hours. By the time they changed the pharmacy, that pharmacy also closed (10pm). I waited all day for a simple anti viral pill to be sent to my local pharmacy and I heard from various customer service people with differing reasons as to why the prescription wasn’t sent to the new pharmacy. I’m still waiting … no idea why since the prescription was approved and released to the first pharmacy.

I love wisp

I would give zero stars. Do not waste your money.

I would give zero stars if I could. Good luck expecting a response from your “care team”. No matter how many times I follow up, I am getting ignored by the “care team” and have not received a prescription for the antibiotic that I paid for. I have, however, gotten responses from the “support” team telling me why I can’t get a refund when they haven’t actually provided the service I paid for. Maybe if the care team had the same sense of timeliness then this wouldn’t be a problem? For reference, it has been 5 days since I paid for the 3-hours-or-less antibiotic.

Fast and Efficient UTI Help

When I woke up with UTI symptoms I was absolutely dreading going to urgent care, especially due to being from out of state and not familiar with the area. I found the Wisp website and it was a LIFESAVER! They got my prescription to a local pharmacy within one hour and got my symptoms treated ASAP.

Ordered for a specific issue, and the ordering process was straightforward with good privacy. Delivery took four days. Product was well described but I didn’t see the expected results. Customer service was responsive when I had questions. Would consider other products from them.
