I received a discounted trial, so I thought why not try something new. Unfortunately, I am not impressed. The items just seemed random, and I had duplicates and I'm not gonna lie the options just seemed like stuff nobody likes so they've shoved it in a box to market is as something new to try!
Non-existent customer service. After receiving an incomplete and thoroughly disappointing first box, I tried to cancel my subscription which is impossible to do online. I sent an email, as instructed, on 9/4 cancelling my subscription. No reply. On 11/4 I received an email thanking me for ordering a second box for which I would be billed £15.99. I have sent further emails (there is no other way of contacting this company) and they are just being ignored. I assume this is a scam.
It is now 13/4 and I have still received no reply.

Had an offer of just paying delivery to try these boxes on a rolling monthly subscription.
Paid delivery and tried cancelling straight away after due to financial circumstances.
I’ve had an email back saying

Update
After my initial review, the company responded and confirmed that my subscription has now been cancelled and no further payments will be taken, which I appreciate.
Everything has now been resolved properly, and I’m satisfied that the cancellation has been handled correctly.
My initial concern was mainly around the delay in receiving a clear response when I first reached out to cancel, which caused some uncertainty at the time. I also have not received my first box at that point, so I not currently able to assess the product itself.
Overall, while the experience felt a bit stressful at the start, the outcome has been fair and everything is now sorted.

Cancelling is a nightmare. Tried to take money all month and instead of cancelling when they couldn't. They just kept trying. They took 9.99 yesterday and tried to take 15.99 after I sent an email to cancel. I asked for my 9.99 to be refunded that I don't want the box but was meet with refusal and excuses. I don't want the March box. I want my money to be refunded.Be aware. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE EXCUSES OF YOU SCAMMING MY MONEY. I DIDN'T AGREE WITH NOTHING YOU KEEP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY ALL MONTH AND AFTER TAKING 9.99 ON THE 31ST OF MARCH YOU TRIED AGAIN THIS TIME FOR 15.99. GIVE MY MONEY I DON'T WANT NO BOX THEY ARE RUBBISH AS I TOLD YOU WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL.

Started our subscription in November after trying other boxes from different suppliers. Found the items to be excellent and a great choice. Would certainly recommend them to anybody.

My monthly treat - always a nice surprise seeing what’s inside each box and it makes me try things that I otherwise wouldn’t but in many cases I end up buying more of … well recommended…

My experience with Hello Yummy has been a positive 1. Betsy, rectified an issue within a day of me raising it - was a technical fault on the website that they corrected for me quickly & effectively.
I then let them know an item had been damaged in transit - this was more so they were aware and again Betsy went above & beyond to rectify it.
Nothing but praise for Betsy 😊

We have been getting these boxes for a while and like the surprise element, although that does mean that sometimes items aren’t things we would normally choose, but that’s part of the fun!
The most recent box was excellent, with recognisable brands and some new or more obscure options too.
The only downside for us is that we have tried new products which we can’t easily find locally, meaning a large on line order is needed if we want to have that item again.
If you are willing to try new products and are happy to accept an element of risk then I would highly recommend Hello Yummy Box. 👍 If not then probably best to purchase your preferred products from your normal outlet. 😆

I gave it a go as first parcel was reduced. I forgot about subscription and second parcel arrived. Since then I've been trying to cancel. Website asks to send an email. I have sent 4 emails. Been waiting for over a week with 0 response. Boxes were meh. Definitely not worth anywhere near £15. I liked maybe 2 things from each box and the rest I have tossed to the bin. Don't bother

Yes, it's not always snacks and can sometimes be things like air fryer cooking oil or truffle mayo - but they're useful items so we enjoy it every month.
