This site would not allow me to withdrawal my winnings because "randomly" they needed banking info to provide proof my payment method is from my own card, I sent multiple images of my cards, Identification card, bills for my home, GPay info, transaction proof info and still they wanted more info. I called my bank and requested the exact type of info this site wanted, my bank said they don't provide such extensive info on 1 piece of paper for one transaction. This type of behaviour was shady. I spent thousands over a year in this site. And I've withdrawn atleast 30 times. I was left feeling ripped off and scammed.

UPDATE: Withdrawal Approved and Paid
I wanted to post an update to my earlier review.
After a longer than expected verification process and some questionable document declines, my account was ultimately fully verified and my withdrawal request was approved.
At times the process was frustrating, and there were several document rejections that required me to resubmit information in different formats or higher quality.
However, I believe it is only fair to update my review now that the process has been completed.
In the end:
My account was successfully verified.
My withdrawal request was approved.
My funds were paid.
While I still feel the verification process could be made simpler and more efficient for players, the casino ultimately completed the verification and payment process successfully.
I appreciate that the matter was resolved and my hat is off to them for getting it done in reasonable time and I have increased my rating of them to 4 stars to reflect this. As a result I will continue to play here and hopefully build on my winnings but as a daily player I am under no delusions and am confident they will receive it back with interest, but I will enjoy it while it lasts.
