Well after receiving a valuation )…

Well after receiving a valuation ) based on a developer making a profit was not really what I was expecting ,being asked if I wanted a high or low valuation also puzzled me , 
And asking for a Valuation on another Property ( ) that has still not been received after weeks and weeks ,
I did call to confirm Helmore's proceeding with the sale ( ) on the 6th August but still have had no reply, so I guess Helmore's are either lazy can't be bothered or just not interested in the possible sale of TWO properties in a very sought-after area thus losing a potential percentage 1.75 % on £800.000.
