Not fit for the purpose
Ordered 2 on-off-on switches but only received the switch blocks and not the actual switches themselves, so useless. A man did answer the phone twice and promised the send the parts but nothing happened and they do not reply to emails. Now given the whole matter to my bank to sort out as this is counted as fraud. Do not use them!

These boat switches are sold without toggles because in the nautical industry it is used to put the toggle with the icon of the service that this switch must activate. However we are very sorry that you had a bad time with us.

Contacted them for advice on…Ship door lock
Contacted them for advice on ship doorlock, sent pic of door, bought lock due to their advice ( right -left-in-out), got the wrong lock, returned it , they promised to send the correct one, but nothing heard in months, they do not answer mails.....
Seems that Helmstock is "back on track" I´ve got a full refund. Looking forward to shop with Helmstock again.
