A shocking and disgraceful business. If you can even call it a business. The are a dishonest, and disgraceful site that rips off the general public.
They send terrible items that are nothing like they advertise and state you can get a refund by emailing the address but they never respond. So you have the goods that you don’t want or like and they have your money.
I emailed them daily and never heard back
Dodge them and stay away. I would rather give my money to charity than them

Total scam. Ordered the floral jacket in October. No response to chasing my delivery and my order number is not found when I use their tracking system.
AVOID!!!!

Nought stars, have emailed company many times about an order placed at the beginning of October which has still not arrived. This company is a scam, why does instagram allow these scammers to advertise ! Just shocking.

I would given Helnin 0 stars if I could and am annoyed that I fell for this obviously scam website.
After placing the order I immediately contacted them (within an hour) to ask if I could cancel the order. I was told no as it had already been dispatched (really?!) but not to worry as they have a 30 day refund policy. The order took 15 days to arrive, I emailed immediately to say I wanted to return the item as it was of poor quality and very small for the size ordered so could they give me a returns address. It took days for them to respond when they asked for photos of the item. I've since emailed at least 5 times but no response. They are a complete scam. I've since contacted my credit card company to start a chargeback. Avoid Helnin.

Scam website. Will send cheap very poor quality items and there is no reply to emails.
