Which idiot at your company told the…

Which idiot at your company told the intern to route all game launches through websites? At the very least yall could learn how to create websites... if your executive spends too much on blow then have someone youtube it. I purchased BF3 from you years ago and now it says I need to buy it again. Are you serious???

To those who wants an EA made game, pirate it!!!!!
F the company and their execs for making such bone head decisions. If enough of us pirate their games they will be forced to care about users again.

Cant even contact

I cant contact them as when i write the email the website bugs out for 5 minutes and than gives an error (first was bot autetication was not succesfull, second was the website timed out

Sims 3 and Medieval don't run? Screw you!

I have spoken to EA health at least seven times in the last six months because since upgrading my computer Sims 3 and Sims medieval won't run (Sims 2 is fine though). I have done the same tests over and over, jumped through every hoop and still nothing. Eventually I was told 'it was an error' which would be 'escalated' and heard nothing since.

I'm extremely glad I didn't buy Sims 4 because of the money grabbing in Sims 3 and definitely won't be buying any EA games in future. I already knew they didn't give a s*** about their clients, this just confirmed it.

My PSN is linked to m old EA account, which have a hacked mail so I cant access it, trying to get support to unlink it, results in NO help, just different people answering the same, BULLSH*T

Bought a game on the wrong EA account

Bought a sims game on the wrong EA account. Wanted it transferring to my main account, got passed over to about 10 different people on emails, none of them knew what the issue was (one of them thought i had missing fifa points???) I had to repeat multiple times and the issue still isn't fixed 😁 shocking

So I had asked for help in changing my email for my ea account and they did not help at all and expected me to know all my information 4 years ago when I created the account and also the live chat is fake it is a robot and the say the same things and sat with me for 2 hours

Straight up incompetent

I had bought Spore on Steam and had to contact EA support to get the game added to my EA account to access Spore multiplayer. I've wasted a whole week of completely lost agents saying nonsense, being blocked from answering since I was considered a bot for a while, and my proof of purchase being refused multiple times without any explanation. In the end, I gave up talking to a wall and I'm refunding Spore.

EA bots told me they wouldn't help after 5 e-mails

I contacted EA support because I lost the activation code for one of my games (I still have the package and the disc, and I told them so) and I had also previously registered said game on my EA account, yet for some reason it was missing after I logged into it on a new laptop. They sent me FIVE e-mails, always asking for information I had already provided. The e-mails also seemed A.I. generated, an introduction with a new, random name in each e-mail plus non-sensical, repetitive sentences and asking the same questions I had already answered. All that just to tell me they wouldn't do sh!t in the last e-mail. The worst customer support I have ever seen. Complete waste of time.

DO NOT bother calling them

Phone number automatically tells you they cannot help so it hangs up, and online case solution are slow and very unhelpful if you present a problem not on their list, if only there was a way to speak to a human and explain the situation instead of being told a flat no to help and try a new case number

Sims 4 missing add-ons.

Messaged them because all of my Sims 4 add-ons weren't showing anymore in the EA desktop app. First response asked for some more info like my username. Second response forwarded me to a page explaining how to install content(Which doesn't help if the app doesn't say I own content). Third response was to a game I don't even own, or that that the issue was about. Past the first response I'm convinced they don't have people working here and it's just AI.

I tried to buy my friend a stuff pack for her birthday, but there was no option to buy as a gift and when I bought it I didn't receive a code to send to her.

I contacted EA support to see if they could either transfer the pack to her Origins account, or to get a refund.

I've gotten one email a day, each time from a different person. Even though my initial email included my EA email (twice) they've asked for my EA email twice in two separate subsequent emails. They've asked for other information then don't appear to need it for anything in their later emails.
The latest email has asked me to send a screen cap of 'the error'.
I've already been through the checkout process - I don't screencap every purchase I make online!

To be honest the whole process feels like a delay tactic so I end up going beyond the days for a refund.

Awful service. I was going to buy her the more expensive seasons pack for Xmas, unless this can be resolved I seriously doubt I'll be doing that.

They are nothing but a scam

They are nothing but a scam. Constantly avoid giving people's in-game rewards and not give them; constantly glitching games and whenever I open a ticket or send a mail about it and after waiting 2 weeks for a response they don't even hesitate to answer my mail and just close it.
It unfortunately would never happen, but in my top 3 list of desires I deeply hope this company burns to the ground.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I can’t log into my account because I’m not receiving verifications codes. And I’ve asked to switch my account email address, and they have sent other codes to my email and I have confirmed that it is my account 3 times already, with 3 different codes they have sent me. Yet they keep sending me the same email about proof.
I have been trying to get this issue solved for 2 weeks.
Terrible service and terrible system of help they have.

Worst Customer Support Ever

As a customer supporter myself, I really can understand the challenges of daily work tasks, but this was the worst experience I ever made in this kind of communication. Support System has absolutley no sustainability and information management. I never experienced something so manipulative in sense of holding customers back with nonsense requests to delay the refunds or just to delay the work by the individuals who are not even interested to help but jsut sending generic mails again and again since I assume they have no quality control system and no "punishments" FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I contacted them on thursday the 23rd of November. It was a wrong purchased pack within a bundle order by my sister over my account cause it was a birthday gift for her! Since the 23rd we exchange every single day at least one mail where they asked me to provide them with informations I already did several times! It took them 7 days to organize a PayPal refund which takes actually in real work time up to 3 minutes in every single customer support system (I know it as I work as CS myself). Even the refund did happen only after I announced that I will report the case to the Buyer Protection Service. As I contacted them in time (23rd of November) for the refund in the Black Friday Sale time, which was lasting till the 27th but they organized the refund after I took legal measures just on 29th of November, I am still asking them to grant me the same discount for the bundle which I would have got if they managed to do their job in time. Now I am in a legal process which could have been avoided if the 2nd person who got my verification informations did their job.

most impossible help service

literally the most impossible support service, I have had issues with missing ingame content for weeks! every time i go to log into the case it tells me to resume it and then it is literally repetative and i cant get anywhere.
