I received poor quality most likely…
I received poor quality most likely earlier used items. They arrived in earlier opened boxes. It probably was a return which they didn’t even check before sending. Tried to contact customer service as I wanted to replace it not refund, but they made it even more complicated. No help, no understanding. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I was fortunate to buy two of these for my daughters, perhaps as something to always to remember me by each time they put them on. I bought one at a time to reduce any risk but apart from the DPD delivery that wasn’t the best when I opened the parcel all I can say was that I was so pleased. Thank you.
