The only thing I need from an IT helpdesk is reliability and I'm very grateful to have found just that in HelpdeskHeroes. Attentive, quick to tackle issues and very good communication with clients. Would happily recommend their services to my network.

I was having issues with my Adobe suite products crashing all the time, as a contractor it is essential I am able to meet client deadlines. After a call with the Support team and they found the issues quickly and efficiently, providing me with a number of solutions tailoring a bespoke solution which worked best for me. Afterwards they provided further support offering some suggestions to help work more efficiently using the tools I already had!
