Matchmaker for cleaning
It's kindof like speed dating for cleaners. I have really struggled previously to find regular cleaners. This is the second time we have used Helpling. Within a couple of days of posting my requirements a wonderful lady accepted the appointment and we are sorted. She was very pleasant and efficient and communication was easy. About the topic of confirming the cleaner: by completing your booking, you create an order that will be matched with one of the selected cleaners or - in case they wouldn't accept - with other cleaners having the same characteristics. The customer normally has 12 hours to choose one of them but it can happen that the order was created last minute or the customer didn't have time to check the proposed providers, so the system chooses the more corresponding cleaner to guarantee the cleaning will take place.
