I had a great experience using Helpling, the platform is easy to use, instant communication tool is really convenient to contact the cleaner, booking management is easy to alter. And most importantly, the cleaner is pretty reliable and delivered a great result. The only thing is that the hourly price is a bit high, so if I only have certain budget I will need to drop the frequency of the cleaning.

This is such an unprofessional and unreliable service, I booked a cleaning appointment and it was on Sunday and the cleaner didn’t show up and they didn’t communicate anything with me and it wasted my whole day waiting and because the cleaning didn’t happen, I suffered a €100 fine next day because I was moving out of the apartment and it had to be cleaned professionally

I love using Helpling. I was so busy these days and coul d not clean my house on my own. With the help of Helpling,my house is now very very clean and i am very satisfied with their service. Also their customer service is very fast with replying and answering all my questions.

I've been enjoying very much working with Helpling. Easy to search for a new person, and also easy to quit. A lot of information is available that helps to choose a cleaner and the customer service is fast replying back and proving support if needed.

Kwaku was great. Very friendly and a very good professional.

Asked for cleaner 3 times. Two times the cleaner cancelled, one time they did not manage to find one. Absolutely useless.
