Helpling is a life saver! They also have great customer service and you receive a response after a very short amount of time. One downside is your cleaner might let you down last minute, but once I reached the customer service they helped me immediately and I found a new, reliable cleaner.

Not really good platform for cleaners. You only received 11.50 euros per hour(they will give you rates based on your experience and location) and they charge the client more than 3 euros per hour as well. I talked to one of my clients and she thought it will be all given to me. Payment is also very bad. I cleaned almost three weeks ago and until now I havent received the payment. And when you want to do an early payout they will charge you 4 euros. We worked hard for that money, how can you charge us for taking our hard earned money that we actually deserve.

Very bad experience.
Cleaner was late, very slow (admitted by the cleaner). It was still dirty afterwards and there were scratches on the windows.
Not only was Helpling willing to reimburse the payment partially, I was responsible to cover the damage OR put it on the insurance of the young, unexperienced Spanish girl (of which Helpling gave me only the phone number).

I had a smooth and easy experience booking my first cleaning through Helpling. I particularly appreciated the amount of information about the cleaners and the possibility of selecting multiples, and I was able to find a very good match.
