it is a very user friendly application, easy to use and to send tasks list to the cleaner and agree on it, also if the cleaner finishes before the time, it is so easy to adjust the hours even after we finish

Helping provide a great service putting you in touch with the right people for your needs. Once you've got things set up, it's really flexible and so far the service has been fantastic.

The cleaning was good, the process works smoothly, although the cleaning person that came was a bit odd in her communication skills.

The cleaners themselves are great when they actually show up to work. We have now been five weeks without a cleaner because they accept but then cancel in the last minute, or sometimes simply do not even show up. Helping does not care, this does not seem to be an issue for them. I see no value in what Helping is doing, they only take money from the cleaners, but offer me no value at all. Rather put in a little extra work and find a cleaner elsewhere. Funniest thing is, that once we tried to cancel a cleaner 4 days before the session, and Helping insisted that we pay for an hour at least... I mean if they actually helped me with the fact that for five weeks three different cleaners have not shown up, I would consider this, but they simply do not care and deliver zero value; not worth it to work with these people.

Love the platform. Initially when I started using it 4 years ago, I was unhappy. Now, I am extremely grateful to have found a cleaner that comes to me once a week. Amazing!

Helpling works great. Finding a cleaner is easy, contact with cleaner is easy and the quality is good. We had two cleaners so far (the first one got another job) and are very satisfied.

I should have started this service sooner. Helpling has attentive customer service and the cleaner who visited us was fast and efficient (I chose her because of her good reviews). Now I feel better to not clean everything in my house during the week (while I am also working) because I know someone will be here to do it.

Cleaner damaged my property and did a poor clean (appears they spent most of the spot trying to conceal the damage). Helping wouldn't take responsibility for the damage or a refund on the cleaning job. They say cleaners and independent contractors and issues should be raised directly with the cleaner. It seems ridiculous considering their commission. They said they can submit an insurance claim but the own risk would cost me €185 for them to do so.

I'm very glad that I decided to try Helpling after few months of considerations (on the hindsight, I should have started earlier to use their services). It's very user friendly: to find helpers based on their profile and customer reviews either on the website or the mobile app. The customer service is excellent: very helpful and informative every time I called for questions or support on how to use the app/website. The system is set-up in the way that's flexible and secure for customers: the helpers and the service are insured for damages, it's easy to reschedule or cancel reoccurring appointments to fit in the customers' need without additional fees if arranged 24hr in advance of the intended appointment. In short, recommend to busy parents/individuals who wants to enjoy their free time without busy cleaning around the house 😜.
