I have still not gotten serviced for the reason I called. I’m still without hot water and heat when it’s winter, so I’m inconvenienced and not pleased with how an ‘urgent’ request is not as important to you guys.

He helped trying to find a solution and when that required to send another engineer to manually fix the boiler, he prioritised the call. Problem was solved the same night.
