ADHD Assessment

I recently attended an ADHD assessment at the clinic and wanted to share my experience, which was positive. From the very beginning, I felt at ease, and that was largely thanks to Adrian, who conducted the assessment.
Adrian was incredibly supportive, approachable, and understanding throughout the entire process. What stood out most to me was how natural and conversational the assessment felt. Rather than feeling like a formal or clinical evaluation, it felt more like a genuine discussion where I was able to express myself openly without any pressure or judgment.
Although there were a lot of questions to cover, Adrian guided the conversation in such a calm and reassuring way that it never felt overwhelming. He took the time to listen carefully to my responses, showed real empathy, and ensured I felt heard and understood at every stage. His manner made it much easier to talk about personal experiences that I might otherwise have found difficult to articulate.
The environment felt relaxed and welcoming, which made a significant difference in my overall comfort. I appreciated how Adrian created a safe space where I could be honest and reflective without feeling rushed or scrutinised.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Assessments like this can often feel daunting, but Adrian’s professionalism, kindness, and ability to build rapport made the process smooth and even reassuring. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking an ADHD assessment, especially if they are feeling nervous or unsure about what to expect.
Thanks, Adrian!

What a difference

I made contact as I had always known that my brain handled things differently, but just assumed that it was part of my personality. My nickname was "tigger", due to the fact that I couldn't sit still.

After booking in a consultation, I found that I had quite severe ADHD and there were a range of options for helping me.

I know take regular medication and have found that I am able to function at a much better level professionally, as well as being more attentive to my kids and personal life.

The process was incredibly simple and it has made a huge difference to me mentally and physically as I feel less drained and have far more ability to focus my energy in to tasks through to completion, rather than having 20 jobs that are all unfinished.
