Ordered multiple items from them, but when I got the package 2 items were missing. I received the package undamaged and directly from the delivery person so it is extremely unlikely someone would have opened my package, taken out 2 of the 16 items and perfectly retaped the package. Heltec simply didn't include 2 of my items in the package. I emailed them and they haven't responded to my email. So basically, Heltec stole $45 from me.

Update: Heltec claims to be shipping replacements at no cost. I will adjust this review if I actually receive the product.

Shipped my order as i specified, and when i made the mistake of entering my email wrong, they were understanding and glad to help find my package. I'll give credit to the customer service worker Zelie, who helped me.
The order arrived in good condition and adequately protected packaging.

Poor customer service with single line answers, slow to ship, slow to reply. Cheaper is not always the best option.

Terrible customer service. I tried asking a question and was shut down immediately. His response was very rude and was quick to put the phone down on me as I was trying to speak with him.

Slow awnsering support , incomplete Discord channel, too slow on helium updates , cheap is not allways de best , they may deliver fast but that's not what we as clients need , there are many many different helium miner brands out there and as far as I am experiencing this is the worst so far .
