Scam company
Ordered a vacuum cleaner from them. Realised pretty quickly it was a scam. Confirmation email came from a different name. No street name on my address. Tried to email them back. No response. Tried to view my order on the link. Didn't exist. As suspected, item never arrived.

Definitely a scammer Site don’t buy! Dispatched quickly with a tracking number that doesn’t move/change! No phone number you can get and no reply from dodgy email address. Avoid at all cost!
As already said helvra is a scam site luckily my bank refunded me do not buy anything from helvra !!! Also read the owner of shopify which scammers like helvra use is a billionaire maybe he can afford to regulate his site just Google trust pilot reviews for shopify 🤔
Stay away from this link on Google search. It's a scam, I ordered a vacuum cleaner off them but straight away it looked dodgy as the email address was different to the one on the site as well as the link not working to check for an update on order. Luckily I used my credit card so will get a refund hopefully. Scammer!!!!
I ordered a hoover, however when I received the confirmation email, I immediately suspected the website was fraudulent. The email address had a different name to the website and the email also named another address to contact which had a different name again . I emailed immediately to ask for the order to be cancelled and got no reply. The link to my order details does not work either.
