So this company sells premium clothing and you can buy their merchandise from many different stores. Which I have been doing for years, I have no issue with the quality the price point is expensive again high quality clothing doesn’t come cheap. So this time I purchased a skirt from a retailer that sells this brand as usual but I wanted to make it a matching set so I started searching for the top. No other store except the original companies website had the top I wanted in stock so naturally I decided to purchase from them and I didn’t question anything since it’s a known company. Purchasing from them came with a hefty shipping cost of $30 since I had no other options I did buy it. 3 days after my initial purchase I received an email saying “we regret to inform you that this bodysuit has some major quality issues due to which we will not be able to fulfill the order. However, we can modify your order with some other style if you like from the website. Let us know if you would like to add any other style.” I immediately responded to the email saying I have no use for another item since this would make a set! I also wrote a separate email in case they won’t get the reply and also contacted via their WhatsApp line and of my responses said I want a FULL REFUND! They are unresponsive for the past 3 days! If you aren’t able to send something your customer purchased you are obligated to refund them immediately! I’m commenting all of their social media accounts and leaving reviews everywhere possible.
