This is a serious site. The process is clear and swift. With the interview/meeting/virtual house visit, you get to know the tenant/landlord as well as to see the apartment live. The contract is complete, with all necessary details included. The fee for the service is totally acceptable. It would however be even better if one could do more precise researches for tenants. One might also wish that more members were on the site.

I have had the chance to meet really nice people through my two tenants I got from Hemavi. They've become like family members and I still have a great contact with the one who now has moved out. And Hemavi's Pascal and Matthew are really helpful!

I don´t appreciate the way I was treated as a landlord on this site. I kindly asked if I could chat with a tenant just asking a question if she could agree on a specific move in date before scheduling a video call so we wouldn´t waste our time on a viewing. They said no and the chat was blocked. I also asked if I could handle the contract signing outside Hemavi and if they could disable their notifications to my phone and only use my mail as I was getting disturbed by the tremendeous amount of notifications. They refused. We had to use their contract and a viewing was only possible online with them. I felt extremely uncomfortable but they didn´t care. It seems they are only thinking about making big bucks. Their forceful tactics made me want to leave the site and I asked them to delete my account. Be like other sites and have both options for communicating with the tenants and handling contracts either on our outside the site. And in response to your feedback. Preventing the landlord for meeting the tenant outside the platform is not that risky as you claim. It is possible to handle contract signing, deposit and handling of keys to the apartment for the tenant at the same time. There can also be a identification process and a video call when signing on and off line. Also there is a verification process called bank id that you can use online to avoid scams. Other sites uses it.

I used Hemavi to rent out my room and the roommate I was matched with has been a really perfect person to live with. She has become a friend and sad to see her move soon. But really nice experience to use this service. Both digitaly usable and personal with having our own support person through out the process.

The staff is very active to broker a deal between landlords and tenants. It suggests improvements in photos and displays of the room and assists in the dialogue. The price is very reasonable and there are many available tenants.

Hemavi provides an easy way to find the flatmate you look for. :)

The email notification of the available options for renting is awesome along with the personal invitation to apply from the tenant is awesome.

I have had the best experience with Hemavi. The service is top notch! I receive constant guidance by their support team, and my potential tenants are well informed about me and my rooms as well. Hemavi is a very versatile and personalized tool which increases trust and speeds up the selection process for all parts.

I have really enjoyed the possibility of renting through Hemavi as well as having a person to help me with that. My personal assistant called me and took me through the process, which was very welcome for me as a foreigner who does not speak Swedish. I ended up finding the perfect apartment for me and moved to Sweden successfully. :)

I'll give 5 stars because the company and the agent that followed my case have been really helpful since the very beginning. The agent helped me find a place and when I couldn't stay there because the conditions were not acceptable in my opinion (hygiene), he replied and helped me even late at night. He organized a videocall with another landlord on a very short notice and found a place for me on that same day.
Although for me it shows they should check better especially if it's a new landlord working with them, it also shows they really care and don't leave you alone.

I’m so grateful for the amount of help and care from Hemavi staff. They guided me throughout the entire process starting from writing my add to matching and connecting me with the right tenants. It felt convenient and secure.

We found a room within less than a week. The landlord is extremely nice, the location is perfect, and the prices were fair. We got contacted by a mediator who organised the meetings and helped with the process. He was extremely nice, helpful, and very professional. I can only recommend this website.
