Went in and spoke to oli and Adam, both were incredibly helpful and really showed there knowledge. I spoke to them about being epileptic and despite being on anti seizure medication for roughly 13 years wanted to try something different and had heard lots about cbd but wanted some more advice. I’ve now been taking cbd oil and their kokoro capsules (to help with sleep and anxiety) for just over 2 months and have noticed a huge difference, would 100% recommend popping in to see them even just for a chat to find out more, all the staff really know there stuff and are so helpful in the different routes and the benefits of each item within the shop

Great shop, filled with lovely people who genuinely care.
My mum am I found this shop at the right time. Mum been recently diagnosed with Dementia, which hit the whole family hard.
Mum booked an appointment with Adam and came out feeling happier than she has been in a while. She has stuck to the supplements and diet plan that had been advised and 6 weeks on her balance, co-ordination and stability have noticeably improved and she is not feeling the cold as much as she used to.
This shop and more importantly the lovely team have given us a lot of support and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great service through the post and in the shop. Spoke with the founder in the shop and is a super knowledgeable person with real life experience for herbals and medicine. Really thankful for them taking the time to explain health and wellbeing products. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful.

HONESTLY firstly the customer service from these guys is second to none , so informative and the fact they have they’re own land to grow top quality products, I have bought the CBDoil and after using some from another company, this one has a slight citrus taste which is so nice, the best thing ever though has to be the freeze roll on!!! OMG, I have osteoarthritis and scoliosis, I take very strong pain killers but honestly within minutes of using this roll on I have never had such good pain relief! Worth every penny ! I would recommend these guys over and over again, on the phone, in person and even on Snapchat they are there for you constantly! Great company and great products 😃😃

Today I popped in just to get some advice. so I briefly explained I have severe epilepsy and for the first time I actually felt heard. Ollie did a fantastic job explaining all of the different products to me. I bought the canavape berry lemonade ice vape liquid and it is the best vape flavour I have ever had. Thank you for listening Ollie and helping me make my decision. Definitely going to stick to this vape juice in the future. Good news is... They deliver to coventry 😃

Popped in to store today for some CBD balm for my end stage arthritic ankle. Mandy recommended the 4000mg roll on but at £65, I was cautious. They had one open as a tester however, so I rolled it on liberally & went for a walk around Truro. After the most pain free walk around the cobbled streets of Truro I've had in years, I went back & happily parted with £65!!! No regrets, just pain relief that I'm looking forward to & excellent customer service. Thank you ladies! ❤️

I took my wife into the shop after she had trouble sleeping and wanted to explore CBD as an option. We spoke with Josh and were so glad we did. Josh was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a bottle of CBD oil and my wife slept like a log and felt great afterwards. Adam and the others always offer really helpful, sound advice. We use the roll on CBD for arthritis in our knees and hands. We also use the oil drops as well but for instant pain relief we rely on the CBD roll on 4,000mg

Ive been going to Hemphasize for years and cannot recommend or praise Adam enough for his knowledge, kindness and support.
The overall emphasis for this review is that I am now 100% medication-free. I was on Sertraline for 6+ years and was told by a consultant psychiatrist that I would be on antidepressants for the rest of my life due to high anxiety and depression - the toxic companions.
More recently I have been going through the menopause, and suffering a lot.
I was prescribed HRT by my GP back in January and got worse. It was changed in April, and I deteriorated more. My mental health was at an all-time low.
I am now off HRT completely too.
Adam told me exactly what I needed to be taking - and it’s working. I feel 100% better.
I take a combination of the CBD oil drops (CBD Oil Drops - 2000mg/20%), Kokoro tablets (Ashwaganda, Lions Mane & 5-HTP), HermajesTea (Herbal blend for women) VitaliTea (Iron Flourine Alkaline Tea Blend) and EndoBoost (powdered Seamoss and Bladderwrack for Endocrine support)
No matter what the health condition, speak to Adam first before you do anything else. That’s based on my experience. I wish I had - it would have saved me a lot of time and unnecessary suffering.
Yes it’s quite expensive, but what price can you put on your health?!

I popped in to Hemphasize Truro in passing as I was curious to know why they are different to all the other CBD shops & products I have seen & tried. Backstory to me, is I have had bilateral hip bursitis since I was 10yrs old. I have also had fybromyalgia for the last 32 years. The day I popped in I was in the middle of a crushing flare up. With nothing to lose I asked what would benefit me. I think in all I was chatting for over an hour with the family that created Hemphasize. They explained their processes, their ingredients, where they are sourced and of course the benefits. Not once did they hard sell, compare themselves to other brands or put other brands down. Now I know why, they don't need to, the quality & potancy of Hemphasize products, show you themselves, when you take them. After feeling really hopeful, all bit it, slightly exhausted, I walked out with 20% full spectrum CBD oral drops & a packet of Endoboost as I am Menopausal & trying to lose weight. It was explained that the Endoboost wasn't that tasty, which did prepare me for my first drink. I took 2 drops of the CBD oil whilst waiting for the bus. I was prepared for the normal disgusting taste to hit my palette. It didn't happen, I could get the hempy taste, which I was told about with them being 20%, but the additional flavour was orange. I have no problem at all taking these really quite pleasant. Endoboost, I take with really cold water and hold my breath. I can without any doubt say these products are special. It took me, just under a week to feel any benefits but as I say, I was in a bad state. My energy level is way better than ever, I sleep like a baby and wake BEFORE my alarm and feel refreshed. My concentration is much better, clarity in my brain and far less foggy. No IBS, very little acid reflux, I am going to wean myself off my gastro tablets. Virtually no pain in my hips, no pain at all in my back, pelvis and shoulders, even after driving in my van all day at work. I can say for me, the results are incredible. I am going to keep taking these products without a doubt. I am happy to try their other products to benefit my physical & mental health further. I plan to kick pharmaceuticals out of my body completely.
Price wise, you get what you pay for! To me and my medical conditions, these products are priceless.
