wonderful CBD products…
Given them five stars as the products are absolutely amazing the customer services as well and to get something back with points is really good as well. I will be back and I highly recommend recommend.
The vape and the cigarettes are the best, and they have menthol cigarettes and I hope they’ll be able to get them in again no nicotine just cbd

Was a little dubious as a first time CBD vaper.
Was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the liquid tasted (Mint with a hint of CBD)
Would recommend for relaxation.

Hello Ricky, as I explained to you in email, we have a returns process to follow to ensure we inspect and claim for faulty devices. You would be surprised how many returns are not actually faulty. This is not only laid out on our website but you agreed to these terms upon purchase.
And we have stuck to this process on our end. You were printed and sent a 24 hour returns label on Friday when you said you would return the device. Had you posted it then you would have received your repaired or replaced order back on Monday in a quick 48 hour working day turn around.
And you were aware this was the case so pretending the return would take a week when you’ve changed your mind and decided not to return the device doesn’t really wash unfortunately.
Ultimately this review is decrying us not deviating from the agreed upon returns process and you not being bothered to return the device. Of course we will continue sticking to our more than fair, incredibly efficient returns process.
