Detta företag är en scam, de tar inte ansvar för sina misstag, gör inte klart jobbet som man har betalat för, och sedan varken tar ansvar för att göra klart jobbet ej heller kompenserar /återbetalar ej levererad tjänst. Stor varning för detta företag. Hitta någon som vet hur man skall agera

I found a mistake with the subscription…

I found a mistake with the subscription date and the AI Agent could not get it. So I got the support I needed from Alma that fixed a small mistake that was made from Hemsida24 side.

Good customer support

The customer portal of this company looks a bit dated and not so well organized, but the customer support over E-mail, provided by Paulina, is top notch.

The girl named Paulina need a payment…

The girl named Paulina need a payment raise right now! She has really been nice to me and is a very good hearted woman, she solved my problem like nothing in seconds, a problem I had for hours. She is truly the best. In the support section, we got assisted by Paulina and straight away got the help we needed!
