No Returns seems to be the policy!
Notice that the company provides NO return information on their website. Also, no returns paperwork/information is provided in the parcel.
I purchased Jogger bottoms of this company a few years ago, the original set with the logo - I purchased the newer/current batch of joggers - PLEASE BE WARNED - these are skinny/for people who do not train legs - they are ridiculously slim in the leg. If you train legs you are probably gonna struggle to fit in them - why have they changed the style/fit!?
Have emailed twice - via email and their website. Nothing.
I assume, given the feedback here - that's £50 gone down the drain for horrendously ill-fitting joggers.

Hi Mike, nope the returns policy and address is on the delivery and returns tab of the website, and it's been there since our inception, a webarchive look up shows this.
The logo joggers were more than 'a few years ago', we haven't sold them in over 5 years.
These are completely different jogging bottoms to those, and quote regular fit. The reason the logo joggers were discontinued was because many people complained they were too baggy.
We replied to your email, you only sent one the day you received them. If you still wish to return them, not a problem.
360 Barbell
Bought their rota barbell after seeing it on instagram. Totally love it, needed it what with my injuries. Turned up next day. All good, no complaints.

Unfriendly, unhelpful service. Emailed three times asking for a PDF invoice but wasting my time. Bought the 360 grip barbell which isn’t great, one of the handles rotates easier than the other so not much use, waste of £149.

HI, looks like it must have gone to spam, though a little confused with the 'unfriendly' claim if you said you never got a reply. The only way a handle can have an issue, is if it was dropped by the courier and hence out of shape. As you can see from the design, they spin very freely. No issue swapping it over if you wish to. Many thanks.

My seat came broken and they did offer to replace the seat .But when i realised what i bought was nothing like what i was supposed to have got i wanted to return the item .I would not trust this item for my safety or any bodies ells safety .
the item is false advertised item and unsafe .But the seller (David) will not let you return the item unless you pay your own postage .
For an item not as described and faulty i dont see why it should cost me more money .With the attitude of the seller i wouldnt hold my breath to get a refund neither if i did return the parcel at my expense .
So for this reason i have left this in the hands of the credit card company .
My credit card company did ask me to write to the company asking why i want to return the item and gave them the option to put this right and state why i want to return the item .NO SOONER I DID THAT THEY CHANGED THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM .But they are too late .
Keep your money people .They are far better products out their that actually are as described .With also good customer service .
Real you dont need to be cheated out of you well earned money ..I will follow up on the results from my credit card regardless of what happens but my opinion of this company will remain the same .
Follow up and reply to this scammer ha ha ha ha .I really am laughing here .24/02/2024 .First of all i made this review on the 3/01/2022 .His reply comes in on the 24/02/2024 .HA HA HA HA OVER TWO YEARS LATER HA .I did not get any kind of replacement part at all .Yes my credit card refunded me and no i didnt return it as i was not about to pay for returns for cheap faulty products .Which is now been at the tip over 2 years ago now .
Also your attitude stinks towards customers .If trust pilot or anyone that views this review want any kind of evidence as to what was actually said i can always forward on the screen shots of original advert of the item and then the the edited item you made .I can also forward on the conversation we had by email as i still have them in a file .TWO YEARS TO REPLY BACK ON HERE HA .IM CRYING .

25/02/2025 FOLLOW UP AND REPLY YET AGAIN .BEFORE I BOUGHT THE ITEM I SPOKE WITH THE SELLER AND DAVID ASSURED ME I WILL NOT FIND BETTER QUALITY .
I QUESTIONED THE DESCRIPTION AND HE CONFIRMED EVERYTHING .WEEKS LATER WHEN I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE HE WAS SO RUDE HE AMENDED THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM .BUT I HAD ALREADY TAKEN A SCREEN SHOT OF THE ITEM TO SEND TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY .FAULSE ADVERTISING ,FRAUD AND DECEPTION IS WHAT HE HAS DONE .WHICH IS WHY MY CREDIT CARD REFUNDED ME .HE SAID HE WILL TAKE ME TOO COURT FOR NOT RETURNING THE ITEM AS HE CLAIMED IT WAS THEFT .
SO KNOCK YOURSELF OUT DAVID .I STILL HAVE ALL THE PAPER WORK I SEND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ( RUDE ) EMAILS YOU SENT ME .MY EVIDENCE PROVED MY CASE WHICH IS WHY I GOT A FULL REFUND .

Well, the actually truth is you had the item, a part was faulty, which we replaced. You then wanted to return it because you didn't like it, but didn't want to pay return postage. You've contradicted yourself saying we had no intention of letting you 'return a faulty item', then you said we replaced the faulty part and said you can return it. You then tried to use a typo on the website as an excuse...because I'm sure you didn't buy a sissy squat, a body weight machine based on a rating of 250kilo, because I'm pretty sure no one weighs 250 kilo.
Like I said, I replaced the faulty part, and as you contradictorily confirmed, I said you can return it.
...but instead, you filed a card chargeback, got your money back, and you didn't return the item at all...did you.
UPDATE : thankyou for confirming you had a faulty item, which we said the part would be replaced, but you wanted to return regardless of whether it's faulty or not (which it wouldn't be with a non faulty part). So that is simply buyers remorse, and customers are subject to returning an item at their cost...and you're still using a typo on the website as an excuse..and then saying 'and then they changed it!'. Of course we changed it...it was a typo. But now you've confirmed you've thrown our property in the skip.
