Speed delivery
Ladder has not been used yet, will use it in the next month.So i can not review the quality

This ladder is the first really secure standing ladder I bought. Excellent quality. I promise this will be a very successful product. I was using a lot of different ladders, none of them gave such a secure feeling! I'am using the 4,2m pro ladder.

The Pro Tripod Ladder is easy to adjust, remarkably stable, and so reassuring that even when working at height, it feels more like standing on a small balcony than on a ladder. The only real drawback is the weight, which makes it a bit awkward to handle once deployed. Given the fairly high price point, I would have appreciated a small tray or perforated bracket — somewhere to rest a spool of twine and to slot in a pair of secateurs and scissors. My real rating would be 4.5 stars.

Ladder was great customer service also great ,only issue was french delivery company would also be great as long as you can take french telephone calls . sadly i could not.

Henchman, is a great company, my fully adjustable tripod ladder, arrived damaged in Portugal, and without any major issues they got the problem solved.
The ladder has since been in use and it is super useful at uneven grounds, as well at flat surfaces.
my one is the 3 meter high ladder which allows me to reach high. I use it weekly, it lives in the roof rack of the work van, and it deals with all kind of weather, it is in perfect order.

Lots of problems with delivery prior to Christmas and the item ending up in Berlin rather than on the island of Ruegen!. However, you team/agent in Holland did their best to ensure that it was delivered in time for Christmas.
