I approached Henley and Partners with an urgent request to arrange a passport for my family. We didn’t have too many options but after settling down on one country, we began the process. Mr Aziz was very professional in tackling my case in a personal way showing great care to make sure that everything is done exactly as per my requirements. It wasn’t easy to obtain all the needed documents as I lived in multiple countries but Mrs Aleksandra was extremely helpful during every step of the way. She gave a detailed guide on what to do, which documents to get, what needs to be attested by a lawyer and the general details of the process. This made the experience a lot smoother as I was simply following steps and whenever I had a question she would respond immediately.

Overall the service was very professional in terms of document handling and help throughout the way.

I would certainly recommend the services to anyone looking to obtain a second citizenship.
