After months of debate and reading horror stories on online forums of how any said program was met with paralyzing waiting periods, feelings of hopelessness and loss, never-ending missing paperwork, by way of luck a relationship with Henley & Partners was initiated. I have worked with Henley & Partners on obtaining a second citizenship. From my perspective they have been excellent - always available with sound advice. Due to timing, we had to expedite our application and Henley was extremely helpful, going out of their way to help make it happen. I would highly recommend them.

The local Henley team as well as the team in the country I targeted for migration were all very attentive to ensuring that I was comfortable with the process and focused on achieving the milestones of the process.

Henley and Partners are really “partners” Ina sense that from the beginning when Scott Moore explained and laid out what to expect and what to do, he and his team have been with us every step of the way. Very professional, accommodating and supportive. I would definitely recommend and use Henley over and over again.

Non-responsive and do not follow through, they keep things on the surface and seem to want to phone in getting their fee; seem to think they are the be-all end-all and are doing their customers a favor just considering helping them. They seem to want to focus only on the most wealthy customers / potential customers and are very disrespectful otherwise. Overall very bad experience and I would never use them given how disrespectful and dismissive they were.

9 months ago I spoke to one consultant and was told I could get citizenship by investment (even had 2 different spending plans/options). Now, as I tried to fulfill this program, the old consultant is no longer working there, and her substitute only replies once a week after 2-3 emails, and quite rudely denies their previous statements. Incredible (and I'm dying)
