The customer service is great! Everyone I emailed went above and beyond to answer my questions. I just got the watch recently and it is amazing! The dail really shines in the sun and catches the light so nicely! I can't wait to get my next one!

I had a great experience with Henry Archer when I purchased a havstrom meteorite atlas watch. It is absolutely stunning and very well made

The problem with the watch market is there is almost no risk taking every expensive watch have their own design set decaded ago and dont get me wrong i like them but henry archer is making unique watches and in a market full tribute or basically copies of other brands is where henry archer is punching the sky with innovation design , the quality is compare to watch 10x more expensive. Amazing attention to detail.

I reached out to Henry Archer around Easter, 2025, trying to get my hands on the Vesterhav - Vega (pink). I received a reply from the designer/owner (Henrik) almost instantly apologizing that they had, unfortunately, sold out. Henrik stayed in touch with me over the next few months, always replying extremely quickly. Early that summer, they were briefly in stock and I ordered one. It arrived incredibly quickly, considering that it was shipped form Denmark. The packaging was impressive, and the watch itself is stunning. It's now my favorite in my collection. I intended to wear it for Easter, Breast Cancer Awareness month, and other "pink" events, but it's become my daily wear. It's solid and reliable, and absolutely gorgeous. I've still never seen another dial like it. My kids (9 & 10) were sharing a dark joke about which of my watches they want when I die, but they BOTH want the Vega, even over my Rolex "Hulk" Submariner! It's now been nearly a year, and I figured it was time to officially review the watch. I've had some bad experiences with online transactions. This was likely the BEST and MOST PLEASANT online purchase I've ever made. Thank you, again, Henrik.

I ordered the Vesterhav Ultraviolet. The watch arrived here in the UK within two days which is unbelievable.

The watch box itself if great… but the watch itself is absolutely stunning! The quality of every aspect of the design and materials is beyond excellent.

The products made and supplied by Henry Archer, along with the phenomenal customer service and delivery times, to me make this one of the best companies I have dealt with.

The watch is now on my wrist, my many other watches will no doubt be jealous of the wrist time this piece will be no doubt getting.

I ordered 2 watches on friday, they arrived tuesday. They are more beautiful than on pictures and I would have ordered them before if I knew. Also their customer support was very swift and pleasant with the responses.

I bought a Havstrom Ice Wake from Henry Archer at the end of January, I found the brand by chance and am so glad I did, the service you get from these guys is second to none, it’s even better than the big Swiss brands I have dealt with over the years, both Henrik & Jacob are fantastic to deal with, the replies to questions are extremely fast, and the despatch time was almost as soon as the order was placed! I received the watch just 2 days later to the UK, so with all this is mind I have just placed another order for a Havstrom Halo White.
Well done guys keep it up, I will be buying more watches from you for sure very soon.

First time buyer from Henry Archer and I was a little hesitant as I had never seen their watches in person and never experienced their customer service.

I purchased the Verden GMT in Halo White.

First, they make really high quality watches at a very good price. The build quality, attention to detail and aesthetics of the watch are outstanding and match or exceed those of watches 2-3 times more expensive.

But what really sets HA apart is their customer service! I had an minor issue with my watch and the HA service team (Jacob in particular) went all out to ensure my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction, even offering alternative solutions to how we could address the issue.

You don’t get this level of service from many microbrands and certainly not from some of the luxury brands.

If you want a beautiful high quality watch at a fair price, and a company that stands behind its product to ensure you are 100% satisfied, then add Henry Archer to your list! I am so happy I did!

I have just received my Vesterhav Meteorite Polaris White less than 48 hours after confirming the order.
The watch is a stunning slim timepiece that sits beautifully on the wrist with an easy to adjust bracelet that finishes it so well.
The customer experience has been flawless and as I continue to expand my top-tier microbrand collection, I know that this won’t be the last Henry Archer watch that I purchase.

I recently bought the Red dial Meteorite Chronograph. Its a beautiful watch, feels extremely premium and clean. I got few compliments and ended up ordering another one.😂

Never ever before have I purchased something that fast. The moment I saw the Vesterhav Ultraviolet I just had to buy it immediately, and it’s amazing. For sure, it won’t be the last time I’m buying a watch from Henry Archer. I can’t wait for more releases, maybe even with different shapes. And now I’m already eyeing the Frost Petal… but I really need to calm down with my purchases.

Wow what an amazing, beautiful, absolutely stunning watch. Ordered on a Saturday evening, and my watch was here to NM in 5 days. So really 4 business days from Denmark. No issues whatsoever right through customs. This is my first HA masterpiece, and will not be my last. If you are hesitant for whatever reason, order one, and you will be blown away!!

Received my first of what I’m sure will be many Henry Archer watches. My NORDSØ TERRA – Osiris Mirage arrived just days after ordering, and the quality was immediately apparent. The watch looks fantastic on the wrist, with excellent finishing and a design that feels both rugged and refined.
