Do not use this provider. They are deceptive as to product offerings, their support is non-existent, and they do not practice in good faith.
I had them cancel an active subscription that I had a balence owed to me from lack of service. They kept the cash and closed me out.

Well , my account was cancelled as the company somehow did not have my newest credit care info and no one notified me of this. I am a long standing patient and that has caused me now to go 3 weeks without my semiglutide. I tried everyday for 2 weeks to get thru on the customer service line and no one ever answered. When I finally did get someone they said my account wouldl be re-instated thru the email. So I received an email and followed the instructions given to re-establish my account ; however , a verification number never came to me for another week as there was some kind of glitch on their end. So another week goes by me trying to reach someone by phone ; I left several messages on the days the phone went right to voicemail so here another week goes by before I reach someone and low and behold they say I have to fill out the assessment for the doctor . Well why didnt they tell me that before and send the damn thing to me??I sent that back to them the same day. So three more days go by with no one answering so I can verify they got the form. They verified they have the form and the doctor has it. So now another week has gone by and to date 3/29/26 I have no medication???? So am I ever going to get the medication ??? Gina

EDIT: I am increasing my star review because the company has contacted me and is working to resolve my problem and because the inability to reach anyone has been the only problem I have experienced with this company.
I have been trying to contact customer service for several days. I have called and had a robot hang up on me twice, I sent a support ticket from the website, and i sent email to ask@henrymeds. I am getting absolutely no response other than, "we got your message, we'll get back to you." There is no way to reach anyone by phone or by email. I am starting to wonder if this company is actually in business. I have not had any problems until this week.

Avoid Henry Meds! The physician I met with was very helpful and approachable. We talked about what medication would be best for me. We settled on Phentermine because I had taken it in the past had a great success. The order arrived quickly and I was excited to get started. This was the same dose my doctor had prescribed a year ago so I knew what to expect for side effects.
I started the medication right away and had zero side effects, weird, but maybe my body had changed in a year. After a month I lost 0 pounds. I continued on for 3 more months and lost a grand total of 5 pounds (I have 50+ to lose). 5 pounds over 4 months, no side effects at all, I am convinced the pills I was taking were not real Phentermine. Very disappointed and out over $1,000! Avoid Henry Meds!

They charged me for 4 months of product but I received only one vial of medication. It was diluted and ineffective. I reached out to Henry Meds multiple times to seek resolution. The company was not at all helpful.

Been a member for couple years now and attempted to contact them a week ago today with no response after multiple messages sent since then with no reply. There automated email says 48hrs typical response but its been a week! They respond to the reviews on here faster than they do actual emails of paying clients. And when you try to call you just sit on hold with no answer.
Update they will respond to this review within hours asking for more info but wont answer the phone it cuts out after being on hold and tells you to call back later, and still wont respond to now the multiple emails i have sent over the past week.

I truly like my NP, Marcy Vigliotti. She seems to sincerely care about my wellbeing and whole experience. Frequently, the syringes don't seem to be very sharp. This makes the injections hurt quite a bit. I'm boarderline needle-phobic and I don't need this kind of complication. GLP-1 is working for me so I don't want to change, but I wish the quality of the syringes was better. I realize this problem is that of the pharmacy, but I believe Henry Meds can have an influence on the supplies sent with the meds.

I have been with Henry Meds oft and on for about two years working on weight loss. I have lost a total of 62 pounds. They have been amazing and I personally have had a couple of money glitches and they helped me by putting my subscription on hold and I couldn’t say nicer things about them.
