The customer service was unprofessional…

The customer service was unprofessional and very opinionated. I had tried a medication before that worked and was told it was not right for me. I was also told that I should not try to achieve a weight that was correct for my bone structure. The provider was rude and somewhat condescending. I was charged the higher cost even though I had already paid for another treatment that was not approved and never refunded the difference. I have been charged for almost a year for no service or medications, and I cannot cancel my card online. When I try to call, I am told by an automated system to try again later! Horrible service and no results for the money spent

Johnatan Q

Johnatan Q. is by far the best customer service person I've ever talked to. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and offered help that was beyond what I thought people did anymore. A big thanks to him again! Oh, I also got to speak with him first (an actual human being)! No tedious A.I. bot named "Tanya" to go through where you're forced to have the frustrating, "Who's on first?" conversation before it'll give up and let you speak to a real person. Thank you for that Henry Meds. That is much appreciated and sorely lacking nowadays. I’m a human that still likes to talk with other humans.

Great company

they email me when its time for my meds…

they email me when its time for my meds and ask questions before the next refill and they send an answer if I ask at a different time. I have not had any issues with them.

Henry Meds has been very easy to work…

Henry Meds has been very easy to work with, for the most part communication has been quick and easy. I do recommend if you need to contact them to not use their email service off of the contact us tab on the website as I was not able to get a response there but I got an immediate response when I replied to one of their emails.

They were wonderful in explaining everything that you can intake and very well in explaining the warnings or side effects that the vaccine can cause. Highly suggest them!!

I love Henry Meds!

I had taken Phentermine before with good results so was pleased I was able to be prescribed Phentermine at Henry Meds. The application process is very easy all the way up to the video appointments with the Provider. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk with.. willing to answer any questions or concerns.. and offering good advice as well.
I appreciate that the Providers are very careful with these meds. When I first applied I was on an anti-depressant. I was denied and told I needed to finish up with that prescription before Phentermine would be prescribed.
I've been taking Phentermine for a few months now and have lost 27 lbs.. 15 to goal. Phentermine really helps decrease the appetite and gives me a bit of energy which I love.

I recommend Henry Meds!

I have been a customer over a year

I have been a customer over a year. Recently they have been trying to renew my prescription when I had not finished the prescription from two refills earlier. They don’t respond to emails and when I call I am placed in a Queue and after 15 minutes holding they send me a message to call back. It appears they have money issues because of rapidly trying to have you refill a prescription and they have no employees answering the phone. I would suggest looking for another provider.

Helpful and truly caring

My provider listen to my concerns and gave me very useful information to address my issues. My provider also told me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to reach out to them. Just overall the best aid I've had.

Their medication is no where near as…

Their medication is no where near as effective as the real medication. I talked to the PA about it and he just dismisssed the issue. You can get the medication from Good Rx for basically the same price now and it actually works.

I recommend Henry Meds to all my friends and family!

My experience with Henry Meds is wonderful. It’s super easy to schedule an appointment with a provider, and every provider I’ve met with is informative and supportive. Once my prescription is renewed my medication comes in pretty quickly, usually within 2-3 days. I’ve emailed their customer service department several times with various questions and concerns regarding my account. My emails were responded to within 24hrs, tops; sometimes within an hour of my submission. My concerns are resolved successfully, with each representative being patient and friendly. Oh, and Henry Meds is the most affordable GLP-1 meds provider I could find out there, and I did my research, believe me!

I cancelled my subscription over 3…

I cancelled my subscription over 3 months ago via phone call. I have been billed 297 per month since then - no medication and no appointments. I have tried to call again and input on hold for a minimum of 2 hours- never speaking to anyone. I have sent emails and messages on their website without a response. I went to the site today to try to cancel my subscription and it will not let me. It asks questions on reason for cancelling and will ONLY allow me to move to the next screen if I say I met my desired weight. If you choose anything else, it will not allow you to move to the next screen. I went ahead and selected “met desired weight” just move forward, with options being to continue at a lower price or just cancel subscription. I f I choose just cancel subscription, it will not allow me to move forward. I have made screen recordings of this happening. They essentially prohibit cancelling the service. I am beyond frustrated with their poor customer service and will be co reacting an attorney to help me rectify this situation

Poor customer service and an overall bad experience

Henry Meds has not responded to any of my inquiries. I’ve sent multiple requests for a status of my medication, followed by multiple attempts to cancel. I’ve received no responses. Shockingly poor customer service. I’m now searching for another provider. I do not appreciate Henry Meds not responding to any of my correspondences. I do not recommend this company.

I have had very positive and helpful…

I have had very positive and helpful experiences the medical staff on the video visits. The emails and texts are repetitive and annoying. It seems the website and email/text systems don't sync properly.

Great experirnce!

I had a great experience with Henry Meds. The process was easy, professional, and very well organized. My appointment with Nurse Practitioner Stephanie was wonderful—she was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
