Henry Schein has turned into a dysfunctional behemoth with each and every business department disjointed from one another. Sales, product, billing, finance, customer success are all disconnected and cannot solve a simple mistake they made. We've never had such a horrendous customer experience. Stay away from them at all cost. A series of acquisitions to enlarge their topline revenues on the surface completely destroyed the company to become a money-hungry machine with so many cracks in their systems.
We had to cancel a web design service they were going to provide through Sesame Communications. Even before they delivered anything, they were quick to start charging us for Pay-Per-Click ads without any invoice. After weeks of back and forth, Henry Schein's salesperson promised a full refund because we did not receive any service from them. Fast forward 3 months, their billing department had no idea that they were charging us and refused to give us a refund. Eventually, they realized that in the course of their frenzied corporate acquisitions, they made a mistake in transferring our billing data to the new payment system, so they could not pull the right information. Subsequently, they tried to give us a refund. But then now they changed their stance all of a sudden and claimed that they had delivered partial service and therefore they would give us only a partial refund! As if it hasn't been frustrating enough to fight with them for months on to get a refund for such a simple transaction, instead of issuing a deep apology for the inconvenience and the wrongful charges, they took it a step further and refused a full refund. Worse yet, as a demonstration of how their internal communication is a complete failure and how they have absolutely no interest in "customer success", they are still charging us monthly for pay-per-click, although they are not managing our website. This is the most unprofessional and helpless service provider I've ever seen. Working with a small local mom-and-pop website design house or a no-name online service, or even an Upwork would have been so much better than having to deal with this monstrous organization whose only remaining strength is in tormenting their customers.
Mosin Aboobaker is the best. I’ve been looking for a lab 3D scanner and phoned Henry Schein. I was put in contact with Mosin Aboobaker and this guy gave me a new confidence in sales.
He spoke with me at length about the pros and cons of which scanner would be more suitable for my needs and even told me that I would need a more modern pc to be compatible with the scanner. He sent me all the minimum specs of a pc and advised me on who to buy from. He saved me at least a few thousand. 5 star rating for Mr Aboobaker. You deserve a pay rise.

Customer support when it comes to service contracts is appalling.
My autoclave is under service contract and it broke down 1.5 week ago and still has not been fixed.
It takes 1 week to book engineers according to the system and parts may not be available and may need to be ordered from Germany.
No replacement machine option available.
Wrong diagnostics over the phone, false promises engineer would be carrying parts on them.
Wrong diagnosis on site by engineer, part ordered took 4 days to arrive, second engineer identified different problem.
As a result, waiting time will have been over 2 weeks without an option to receive a replacement machine.
Contracts office unable to resolve possible termination of the contract over the phone without incurring charges.
No sympathy for customers.
Unless you have alternative arrangements in place for emergencies stay away from service contracts with them
We were sent protein tests with only 3 months until expiry....we ordered 6 months supply.... Henry Schein only guarantee a 3 month shelf life on products....order from elsewhere
Just really poor communication, I tried to contact them for a layout for a new dental practice for over 3 months, no response. When finally I did receive a reply, it was first place your order and then we will help you........unprofessional tactics.

With no offence and prejudice; having all the necessary evidence to support my claims, I would like to express my great disappointment and frustration for all undue distress and financial loss Henry Schein Dental imposed on my to-be-established dental practice.
The lack of authenticity, transparency, professionalism in their correspondence, accounting, equipment sale, and hand-over makes their code-of-business absolutely sub-standard. I should have taken advice from a few of the colleagues from different dental-related companies about their concerns for HS dental inadequate transparency and standard of equipment sale before embarking on an unsafe journey. As a result of their deceptive phone communication, failure in the delivery of equipment and service, I have now gone through immense delay in my practice inauguration day by about 5 weeks causing enormous financial loss.
After more than 2 decades of practice in dentistry, I would like to warn all my dearest colleagues for the most unpredictable, unprofessional, unethical equipment sale, customer care.
Not a good company to work with, just interested in your money!!!
