Scam Alert

I made a transaction Transaction ID #HP-041026EZ20| and they deducted the money but the transaction didn’t go through . I contacted them but they are saying it didn’t authenticate but I got charged on my end yet the money didn’t go through. I still haven’t gotten my money back.
After all this I emailed and they said they have no record of the transaction and that I will not be given any further replies mind you they had already admitted to refunding.

This is not a service to rely on constantly or for emergencies! Their service is always down! "Service Unavailable" status after every few minutes! They should simply close down if they can't keep their service running constantly.
